Advanced Tree Services Ltd Omdömen

Staff are punctual, polite, did backs of bushes as well as fronts (unlike some I could mention) and cleared up everything. I discovered ATS doing my council trees and haven't looked back. I'd learned not to trust guys who leave cards and quote on the spot. Your staff know their stuff, do a preliminary visit - and give written estimate. Useful advice on my elderly apple tree, not dead yet. Like me. I also use for my tall shrubs since I am a small lady, 77 years old. And have given up on ladders and crashing into the branches. No wonder you must book winter pruning several months in advance ! 😐

Dominic was informative and professional. We needed a tree report for our new extension and we were pushed for time by our local planning department. ATS kindly put our job forward to reach the deadline.

I have used ATS in the past and they offer a very professional and helpful service. Apart from taking a little longer than before to get back to me and organise a date which I can only assume was due to them being very busy, once Ivan contacted me it went very smoothly from there on. I would certainly use them again when needed. Thankyou

We were very impressed by the work carried out to crown lift our oak tree. The team were helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. They tidied up so well that you couldn't tell they had been, apart from the newly manicured tree!

Real experts that are always happy to help...prices very competitive. Very solid, reliable, timely responses & attendance. Very happy all round.

Great job. Survey, quote and a willow pollard, all completed within a week. Excellent, timely phone and e-mail communication and everyone very knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressive teamwork and skill by the friendly crew of three that undertook the work – with attention to safety and meeting the client’s (and neighbours) wishes. Willing to answer questions and offer advice, including guidance how to spot and act on spotting oak processionary moth. Efficient and thorough tidy up afterwards.
Second time of using ATS and would definitely call on them again.

I've been using ATS since 2005 and have always had great service from them. They take real care in asessing what is the best way to prune my trees and hedge and carry out the work expertly, leaving my garden clean and tidy. The teams are super lads and have good client skills. The garden looks very manicured now.

Have been using ATS for twenty years. Always high quality work done by pleasant and helpful teams

Friendly professional team, really easy to deal with and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Efficient, responsive and polite.

ATS have previously completed work for us and we asked them to tackle an oak tree which needed permission. They completed the application which was approved for a crown thinning by a max of 30% but we were disappointed as to us the crown is the top of the tree. They removed a number of branches but not reduced anything in the crown (top) which is the problem area to let in more light. When the branches are in leaf there will be no difference at the top. The team also left when the work was completed without coming to see us to say it was complete and discuss the work.

I've been using ATS to pollard my fig tree for many years now and I have found their tree surgeons are simply the best. Not only do they always do a brilliant job, and are complete professionals, but they are always friendly and cheerful. My tree surgeons this week, Garth and Luke, managed to have a smile on their face and in bitter, zero temperatures which was no mean feat. They were a pleasure to have around and did a great job as always. ATS also offer very competitive prices. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

Arrived on time. Very friendly team but professional.
Demonstrated concern about the neighbours.
All work completed according to the quotation.
Site left very tidy after completion of works.
I cannot fault the service received.
Would recommend ATS unreservedly.

The quote was competitive. The team were polite and considerate. They tidied up well and did an excellent job. Will certainly use them again.

Team turned on time and did a great job of pruning my tree. They cleaned up afterwards and left all spic and span.

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Good value

The ATS guys did a fantastic job, they were very courteous, worked hard and left the garden looking very neat and tidy. We will definitely use them again.

Apalling service. As the team were cutting trees by a school in Ewell they disregarded parents and nursery children safety and reversed their vans through a pedestrian lane in a threatening manner and completely disregarding parents and teachers plea to wait until the children were safely handed to their parents.

Efficient appraisal of the needs of our tree issues

Very pleased with the work carried out by your men on a cedar which hadn't been cut for years. Top of crown reduced by over 3 metres, lateral branches by up to 1.5 metres. Looks much tidier now. Excellent work.

Work was carried out quickly & efficiently and site left clean and clear of debris.

Would recommend company to others and would certainly use again.
