Great Supplement
I have been trying atavist for a few weeks now and have seen a huge difference in my sleep quality and energy throughout the day. I wake feeling refreshed most nights after taking this even on days that I train late where I would normally struggle to sleep. Good product.

Dry skin side effect?
I trust the product is potent. I ordered three. I’m concerned though as they seem to make me dehydrated and I’m getting very dry skin on my forehead. If stop taking them it goes away.

We haven’t heard of this side-effect before, and although our product does contain high-strength doses, they are all (where applicable) at or under the Upper Intake Level as recommended by the UK government.

Since taking Atavist supplements my…
Since taking Atavist supplements my quality of sleep has improved massively. Beforehand I had low energy levels and felt demotivated, however since taking the product my energy levels have improved significantly. My productivity has improved also and I have a better state of mine. Could not recommend any more.

Re-purchased for my boyfriend
Re-purchased for my boyfriend after he had ran out. He had noticed a large difference in both his energy and mood whilst taking the supplements. I have also observed he has woken up feeling brighter on earlier mornings and does not struggle anymore with the afternoon energy slump.

Wouldn’t be without it
