I have mixed thoughts about Atavist supplements. I used the supplement for about 9 months but the benefits just didn’t appear for me. I gave up on them as it’s certainly not cheap. I’m always a bit wary when the RDA is 1000% greater as why is this needed and to be honest I’ve felt better since I stopped using it. Maybe it might work for others but it certainly didn’t give me any benefits.

Game changer!
Had a look at some previous reviews, and wasn’t sure but I can honestly say this product has changed my perspective on men’s supplements.
My energy levels, sleep and focus has entirely improved. My brain fog has gone and I feel like getting up in the morning has become so much easier.

I’ve been using both CNS and ATS daily…
I’ve been using both CNS and ATS daily for the past few months and the difference has been massive!
CNS helps me start my mornings sharp and focused... I work in a fast-paced environment and need to stay clear-headed without relying on caffeine all the time.I feel calm but switched on, and thesleepiness I used to get around high noon is gone. I also take ATS at night and I’ve noticed my sleep has improved a lot, and must say a general feeling of strength as well. I used to wake up feeling tired 90% of the time :( now that's changed! And I'm super happy
I highly recommend both!!
