This complaint is not against the corporate identity of Atasay company, but against the customer-hostile branch operated under the name of Atasay in Manisa. This primitive business is not a branch of the corporate Atasay store, but is managed like disrespectful neighborhood shopkeepers in Manisa. Selling small wedding rings to customers just to keep the wedding ring size low in grams, and then rejecting the customer when the customer wants to change it. The problem is solved when Atasay is complained to. This time, asking the customer for the gram difference. Not calling the customer to come and get the corrected product, trying to beat them when the customer comes and says why are you complaining about us, aren't we solving your problem, scolding the customer for using the old product (it is not clear where the situation will go if we break our respect and fight). We are complaining about this Manisa Atasay branch that is damaging Atasay's brand image. We request that Atasay examine the store records from the camera recordings of Friday prayer time on June 13, 2025.
