Private Ata Saglik Hospital Omdömen 

I had surgery by Dr Görkem Çalışkan on 22.11.2014. I stayed in this hospital for 1 night. The nurses, secretaries, cleaning staff, all the employees were very attentive and friendly.

Great attention. They do not speak English but they have traslators which can help you during all process, from 8 am to 5:30 pm. nurses and doctors are nice and they treated us really well. We had some urgent topic which were solved in few minutes. Pay attention on insurance before entering.

We stay at Ata Hospital one night for an operation. The hospital is very clean, nurses are always smile and professional.

We had a checkup me and my wife and it was great, the doctors we saw, the minimal waiting time, the organisation all was great and we highly appreciate it. Best value for the price. Big thanks to Ayşegül for her help and assistance through all this process

I went to Ata Sağlık Hospital for my eye treatment. My doctor was Prof. Safiye Yılmaz. She speaks very good englih and answer all my question and helped me. Also my friend had dental problem, just in a few hours they solved that problem. Im glad to meet with that great team.

My wife had pain in stomach. We came to hospital where asked for a doctor. Receptionist called translator Erkmen to help. He was so kind and during all steps such as appointment, doctor visit, all tests was with us until we left hospital. Doctor made a check up in a good way and after test results prescribed pills which where helpful. Can recommend this hospital for sure.

On August 28, 2024, we applied to Ata Sağlık Hospital to be examined by Dr. Safiye Y. due to swelling, discharge and vision problems in my father's face and eyes. My father had previously been operated on by the same doctor. Although the examination fee was charged at the level of a professor, the eye measurements were performed by assistants.

Although Dr. Safiye Y. knew that my father had cancer, she did not pay any attention to him. My father tried to express his pain and complaints, but the doctor did not show any interest in him. Although I tried to ask various questions, I received no response. We were deeply disturbed by the doctor's disinterested and disrespectful approach. He looked at the swelling in my father's eye from a distance without examining it and did not recommend any medication.

A few hours after returning home, my father's condition worsened; pus began to flow from his eye, his fever rose and he was in severe pain. He had to go to another health institution and we had to pay an additional fee. The doctor at the other hospital gave my father the necessary medication, relieved his pain and cleaned his eye.

Ata Health Hospital has requested us to evaluate the quality of service on Google. We have shared our negative experience in detail as a comment. However, Dr. Safiye Y.'s staff called us more than once to remove our comments. Dr. Safiye Y. did not apologize or ask about my father's condition throughout the process. We are concerned about the high fee charged when no treatment was provided.

Due to Dr. Safiye Y.'s irresponsible approach, both the physical and psychological condition of my father has been severely affected.

The hospital is great. Some doctors speak English and you don't need any help. But if you need translation they have a guy named Erkmen. He speaks English very well and he can help you there.
Overall I liked everything and i will come again if needed.

28.08.2024 tarihinde Ata Sağlık Hastanesi'nden Prof. Dr. Safiye Hanım'a göz muayenesi için randevu aldım. Maalesef bu randevu, sağlık hizmetleri konusunda yaşadığım en olumsuz deneyimlerden biri oldu.

Kanser hastası olarak bugüne kadar birçok sağlık kuruluşuna başvurdum, ancak hiçbirinde bu kadar umursamaz ve saygısız bir yaklaşımla karşılaşmadım. Randevu sırasında doktor, gözümdeki şişliği incelemek yerine sadece uzaktan bakmakla yetindi, ne bir müdahalede bulundu ne de reçete yazdı. Bu ihmalkar davranışının ardından akşam saatlerinde gözümde ciddi bir görme kaybı yaşadım. Acil olarak başka bir hastaneye gitmek zorunda kaldım ve neyse ki orada uygun bir tedavi alarak sağlığıma kavuştum.

Prof. Dr. Safiye Hanım’ın ilgisiz ve profesyonellikten uzak tutumu, hem sağlığımı hem de moralimi olumsuz etkiledi. Böyle bir deneyim yaşamış biri olarak, Ata Sağlık Hastanesi'ni ve Dr. Safiye Hanım'ı kesinlikle önermiyorum. Bu konuda gereğinin yapılmasını rica ederim.

Ata Saglik hospital 🏥 well gotta be honest it’s amazing as soon as your walk in they treat you like queen they brilliant always making sure your ok and is there anything they can do for you 😘 making sure your not in pain or anything. I come here last Wednesday 28th of august 2024 and they been brilliant all staff are amazing and always busy. They make sure everything is good before you have any surgery couldn’t of pick better place to come to for my sleeve 🥰 I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.also the doctor who did my surgery is amazing very nice and polite and always made sure I was happy and in good hands he always been up everyday after making sure am ok and checking me over 🥰 your really in good hand here guys if it’s anything you would like I definitely recommend this one.

I went to this hospital for an emergency while on a cruise ship. I was about to have a miscarriage. Not only have they cured me, they have been able to save my pregnancy. In my opinion, Dr. Kemal Ugurbil is God's doctor, he is a great professional and a good person, and his entire team also works excellently. I also have to say a special thank you to the team of coordinators, especially Erkmen Icelli. He has shown a lot of professionalism and empathy, he helped me at every moment even in fixing things with my insurance. I am very grateful to all these people. If I lived in Izmir, I would choose the doctor as my geneticist without a doubt!!!

Es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung die ich gesammelt habe am Anfang war ich sehr misstrauisch weil ich Angst hatte vor der Op als ich dort ankam wurde ich sehr gut aufgenommen alle Artzhelferinen waren jeden Tag für mich da und haben sich gut um mich gesorgt ,nach dem ich meine Op heile bestanden habe Gott sei Dank, bin ich sehr zu Frieden mit meinem Leben und kann komplett von neu anfangen ich danke meinem Doktor Serhat Buldur ohne ihn und seinem Helfer Ertmen hätte ich es niemals geschafft.:)

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und das tue ich auch für meine Freunde und meiner Familie.

That’s really nice place. Best Clinique which I visited in Turkey. The doctors have more than enough skills in medicine, if you’re coming from different country Ata Saglik will help you by calling translator(Erkmen), he’ll be with you and help you all time when you’re in hospital. Actually it’s nice place👍
