This person purchased a complete wing mirror unit from me in September 23 for £50 and then sent me a email in July 24 saying his unit was rattling and demanded a new one sent out this was purchased 10 months ago and has been fine until now so sounds more like he has maybe hit his unit off something the likes of much bigger car part companies wouldn't even exchange a part after this amount of time, if you look at this persons Trustpilot activity he clearly likes leaving bad reviews for people he only left this review as i didn't send him a new wing mirror unit out.

Ordered a wing mirror replacement case, best price around. Postage was really quick. Really pleased with the item, colour match is spot on and the item is very good quality. Would recommend, and will undoubtedly be using again.

Ordered a mirror cap for my Ford Focus. Considering it was coming from the UK to Australia I received it quite quickly, & the item was perfect. The only thing that would be great is a tracking number. Would recommend ++

No way to do business
Ordered a door mirror cover for my volvo C30 in March. It is 26th April 2024 and I still have not received it. Was told it had been despatched, then told it was sent standard delivery, but noting arrived. Put a negative review on Trustpilot and low and behold the money has been refunded to my account. Was told by Andy that he would refund me and send me a cover. I shall wait for the cover but am not hopeful I shall receive anything. This is no way to do business. I should not have had to constantly chase this order.

Good customer experience
I ordered some wing mirror covers, everything was perfect except a clip was missing from one. So I contacted them using the email address and they quickly sent another part out free of charge. Very good experience with asyautoparts- highly recommend
