I ordered a wing mirror shell but after…

I ordered a wing mirror shell but after 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. Using their 'CHAT' they said it had been shipped. I emailed a few days later to say it still had not arrived. They posted another one which arrived 3 days later. So although the first one has still not arrived the customer service was good.

Wing mirror part…

Got the part I ordered slight issue with delivery.seller sorted out quickly. New part looks great just like the original. Would highly recommend.

Not fast shipping

Paid for fast shipping, arrived a week later.

Made sure it was the correct piece for the car, it goes on but doesn't stay on as the clips inside the wing mirror are completely different to the old wing mirror cover.

Item ordered over a week ago

This company delivered just over a week after the order which as a customer wasn’t fully aware when placing order. It was delivered so company ok to use if you are not requiring a part quickly, even with courier service it takes over a week. Overall ok company just ideally would have preferred quicker.

This customer purchased a part and paid for the 5-7 working days shipping method i have three delivery options on my site free which takes 7-10 working days , courier which takes 5-7 working days (which this customer selected) then we have a fast shipping option 1-2 working days , we also have on our site that we have 2 working days to ship orders out (although do our upmost to ship quicker). All of this information is clear on my site when customers are purchasing. Customers estimated delivery date was 11th-13th December and was delivered on 11th December so well within the estimated time frame. If needed there order quicker then the fast delivery option was there for them to select but they didnt.

Ordered a new painted wing mirror on a…

Ordered a new painted wing mirror on a Monday and received it within 5 days. Paint matched perfectly and looks like original. Awesome service and would highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about using these guys again
