Great company to use. Slight delay with delivery due to me entering the wrong postcode! They dealt with my mistake quickly keeping in email contact with me throughout. Would definitely use them again. The paint standard of the mirror capping was also very good and certainly value for money.

I am a buyer from the United States. I purchased a rearview mirror for a Nissan Juke. The app didn't specify if I wanted the mirror on the left or right side. The options given were (driver or passenger). Here in the United States, people drive on the left side. When I got the mirror, I realized it was on the right side. I contacted the company and explained my situation, which I understand was that we both made the mistake with the mirror. I could pay for shipping the mirror so they could send me the correct one, but they asked me to pay for shipping it back to the United States when we both made the mistake. I just wanted to return the mirror so they could refund my money. I've been waiting for a refund for over 2 months, and they always have a new excuse. How bad! If I could, I would give 0 stars, they kept my money and returned the mirror.

New mirror caps to match the paint on my car with colour code.Very communicative seller, after some issues with the first dispatch (external delivery company) they promptly sent out another pair. And my oh my the finished product is amazing! Top quality finish, installed easily and fitted perfectly. 10/10 will be using/recommending for future purchases!

Wrote a simple eMail giving details of my vehicle and paint colour. Next day response with part number and link to required item. All at a very reasonable price. Goods arrived in perfect condition, brilliant paint match and finish. Cover fitted easily and looked perfect. Thanks for a great service.

I ordered a replacement wing mirror for my camper, there was a mistake in the order in that the wrong side arrived - however these things happen, and I judge a business on how it goes about rectifying mistakes.

ASY were very responsive via email and quickly acknowledged this, then shipped out the correct part, entirely on trust. I then returned the surplus mirror.

I bought a passenger door mirror for a Qashqai. Much cheaper than a Nissan official part it looks identical, fits nicely, colour matches and works well. Would definitely use again. Took a week to arrive but that was expected.
