Some mean spirited git stole my wing mirror cover!
I had only owned the car for 3 days.
Perfect replacement cover for my Peugeout 107. Scarlet Red. Perfect colour match ! Amazing.

Ordered a complete wing mirror for my Nissan Qashqai. Couple days later I was sent a confirmation email stating my product has been dispatched. Few days passed, no update on transport and no available way to track the order.
I call their main phone line, repeatedly throughout the day to late afternoon, no answer.
Then I send emails requesting an update on the parcel (ETA). I receive a lazy email stating an equity has been made to the ‘delivery company’ about where my parcel is and that they will get back to me.

An hour later, no response. I email again stating I’m awaiting an update on my parcel… Still nothing. I’ve spent £90 plus delivery assured I wills revive my ordered product, to be left in limbo wondering whether the product will arrive or not.

I purchased a pair of side mirrors for my daughters Citroen C1, I provided the paint colour for the car the mirrors were delivered withing a few days and the colour was a perfect match.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use ASY Autoparts again, great efficient service with constant e-mail updates to order progression.

Saved ££'s on a replacement wing mirror cover for my 2012 Fiesta. Fitted perfectly and totally colour matched.
Sorry for chasing you about fast delivery. Misunderstood the difference between ready for dispatch and receipt of part.
Overall perfect service taking into account the age of the part involved.

Communication is not good phone never gets answered tried phoning several times got told it was out of order but I see from past comment it’s been like that for ages
Update - was able to contact them by email and they sent out a replacement cover which matched perfectly so all ok

I never write reviews (this is my first one yet) but I required a wing mirror cover - driver side as mine blew off in the motorway during a storm / heavy wind and rain. I feel like this is quite a niche problem and had trouble finding a replacement part when I came across Asyautoparts.
I found what I needed and sent a message to check if they could paint it the colour I need. Seller was great at communicating and replied very quickly.
I got my part in about a week, which I thought was quite fast considering I needed it painted.
Thank you again - I was able to remove the hideous bin bag from my wing mirror and have my car back to its glory!
