Best Customer Support

I actually stumbled on the Asus battery website after ordering a battery off of ebay that unfortunately, was not compatible. I found the website to be very informative and shortly after submitting my order, a representative from Asusbatterystore emailed me with concerns about the correct battery for my laptop. I responded with a picture of the old battery. The representative quickly replied that indeed, this was the correct replacement. This level of service is practically unheard of for an online merchant. I was impressed!
I installed the replacement battery and it was perfect! I'm very pleased with the company, its products and by the way, the price was fantastic!

Shipping was very fast

Shipping was very fast! I don't have any pictures of the install. When I saw that the battery came with the tools to replace the old one I dug right in. Took 10 mins to replace. New battery was around 50% charged already. Charged it to 100%. Did a few discharge/recharge cycles and all is good. Great experience over all!

Excellently packaged

The ordering process was easy. The package arrived on time as scheduled, and the packaging was excellently presented, secured and contained additional tools which made installation easy. Fantastic!

Works!!!

The package arrived with no visible damages. The product also arrived with no damages and great packaging to avoid damage during shipping transit. The tools provided are alright, good enough to get the job done. The installation for my battery itself was easy and intuitive. Generated a battery report and the battery capacity is as advertised. My laptop definitely runs longer throughout the day. Since the product does not come with the connector from the battery to the motherboard, I just used the existing one that I have and it might feel awkward attaching it to the new one. All in all, works!

I received the battery I ordered and…

I received the battery I ordered and installed the new battery in the laptop. ASUS - Vivobook Pro 16
Product Name: K6604JI - S/N: R4N0CX01S76315C
After installing the new Battery the battery runtime was still poor. From 80% to 30% max 45 min. at best.
From 100% to 30% 50-55 min.
That was approx the same as the battery I removed.
Please advise if possible, why the battery does not last more than 45-50 min.
When new I believe it could go for a few hours.
I still have the old existing battery.

Seller does not honor return policy

Seller sold me a battery which was well below advertised capacity. Their stated return policy is 100% refund for defective items. They refused to honor this, instead offering a 50% refund for a battery I have no use for. they first tried to get away with a 10% refund. Their refusal reason, and I quote, is "due to cost and process constraints".

Battery was not compatible as advertised

Battery was not compatible with my laptop. The actual battery itself looked mostly correct, but the connector cable is actually too long to be able to install this correctly. It would have to be folded in a way that would either not fit or be dangerous.

Great Service!

I ordered this battery on 11/14/24. It was very simple to order a replacement battery on this site, even though I was skeptical of it at first. The battery took about a week to get to me from the day I ordered it. The battery was delivered via USPS on 11/21/24. The packaging was solid and secure. The replacement battery came with a T5 and 2.0/3/0 mm screwdriver pair and a pick you can use to pry the case bottom off. I was able to remove my old battery and replace it with the one I ordered. It was roughly 50% charged when I powered on my laptop, took about 40 minutes to fully charge the battery. So far, no issues! I should definitely order another one to have as a backup!!

Works Great

On line web page made selecting the proper replacement easy.
Replacement arrived well packaged in bubble wrap and a stiff cardboard container. Even included the necessary tools. Fit was perfect.
Shipping was 2 part via DHL and USPS. DHL was slow. 8 days from LA to SF,

Fantastic battery

Fantastic battery, i was having problems with my Ausu Zenbook UM325U OLED laptop not wanting to boot up and it turns out it needed a full battery replacement as the main battery shares the same line with the BIOS battery so i bought it and it came at a good time for me to swap out my battery. Now my Laptop is working like it should. I waited a couple of months because its honestly not a good idea to prematurely praise a product that can malfunction after a positive review has been left. So i waited a couple months and put my Laptop to normal daily use and it would fully charge up with no problem and give me the same time of battery life. I am very happy with this and if my battery ever goes bad again, ill be back to buy another one. These guys are 100% trustworthy.
