The mortgage bank I was selected hired Asteroom to conduct an appraisal on a property I planned to purchase. At first, Asteroom contacted me to schedule the appraisal because they failed to find the name of the seller's agent to gain access to the property, which is the proper procedure. After multiple emails from Asteroom, wanting me to provide access to the property, I informed the mortgage company to delay the appraisal until I could arrange a time for access. After several automated emails from Asteroom pressuring me to provide them access, I asked the mortgage company to tell Asteroom to stop their attempts to schedule the appraisal and wait for the mortgage company to reschedule. I then received an email from Asteroom assuring me they would follow those instructions. Today, Asteroom called the seller agent to schedule, even though I told the mortgage company I would no longer need their services. I have made over 20 calls today to reach Asteroom to inform them, but no one answered. Some of the company's officers even have blocks on their phones. Asteroom has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ask your lender if they plan to use Asteroom, and if they say yes, tell them you want another company.

The company has good communication very friendly.The person they send out to me was on time very friendly and helpful.

Asteroom is a great company to work with and is a great experience

This an invasive product. There is no reason to collect such detailed information for an appraisal, and it is a permanent record, stored by the Government, among others.

No one should be forced to have this much information collected about them, especially under the false pretense of an appraisal.

Patric Ponce and the entire crew at Asteroom are a joy to work with. They are helpful and attentive to their vendors. And they do an amazing job at editing and compiling the panoramas into a beautiful finished product.

Asteroom is great to work with because they do all of the scheduling and back end for you, you simply need to show up on time, do the work and get paid. They handle everything else and are always available to help should a new challenge arise.

On time with my emails, reminding me things to do. They answer the phone fast and if I have any questions, they're answered. You can tell they either have been trained good or have the experience to understand my issue
