Untrustworthy
I turned up to a view a property. After 5 minutes i called to ask where the letting agent was and they told me that the property was no longer available. I travelled 20 miles to view it and it was a complete waste of my time. The appointment to view the property had been arranged days prior, they had plenty of opportunity. Disgusting behvaviour from them. Also the ad is still showing available online. They must think of us people as a lauging stock. Mug of a company!

Hi Kate, thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We're really sorry to hear about the inconvenience you faced — we completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, especially after traveling such a distance.
We’ve looked into our system, and unfortunately, we can’t find any record of your viewing appointment with us. It's possible there may have been a mix-up with another agency. Could you kindly confirm the name of the agent or company you booked the viewing with a remove the review from our platform?
Thank You
