Lockdown dating!

I found my partner via this app. Easy to use and communicate and definitely a unique experience bearing in mind we were in lockdown!

I joined Asian Single Solutions in January 2018 and to be honest I didn’t think I’d meet anyone as I lost all hope at this point in my life. But within a few weeks I received a message from “J” via the site and we met in person after getting to know each other virtually. I learnt that we had so much in common and it felt like I’d known him all my life. 3 years on, we’ve bought a house together and engaged to be married :)
I’d say Asian Single Solutions helped me find my soul mate and I definitely recommend this site as all people on the site are mature and genuine people with the same goals.

Found the website and app easy to use and user friendly. The time stamp feature that shows when someone last logged in really helps to connect with active members. Photos are reviewed so not many profiles with bad pics, which also helps. Overall and positive experience and good way to connect with people.

I would like to say big thank you to ASS finding my amazing partner if it wasn’t for site still be looking, once again thank you ASS from B & K ..

I happened to click with someone who messaged me. Frustratingly, I did receive a lot of messages from people who clearly hadn’t read all or even some of my profile and so I was selective who I communicated back to.

The only things I’d suggest perhaps for improving the messaging service is to have a longer session before it times out, or save messages if it times out while you’re writing....losing long messages was a bit of a nuisance to re-type. The other thing that would be useful is having a reminder before the next subscription was due to start - my partner got caught out with this AFTER we were officially together.

I didn’t use any of the speed dating services so I can’t comment on this.

Met someone local, truly genuine and down to earth from ASS, to the point where I’ve got rid of the app as I no longer need it. The app’s really simple and easy to use and would definitely recommend it. I initially joined it as my cousin recommended it to me after finding his (now fiancé) on here.

Asian Single Solutions has helped me!

Hello, I have been using Asian Single Solutions since 2010 and have enjoyed their events, particularly the Saturday parties which combines both mingling and speed dates. My favourite event was the Valentine's ball where there was Bollywood entertainment and a chocolate fountain. I like how you can message people from the events you attend.
After nearly a decade of searching, I have finally met someone from the site! It has been worth the wait and I have learned a lot about myself and others along the way. I have made some great friends too from events.

It can be better...

I am not getting notifications on my phone, when I get a match, like, or even a message. When I open the app, it says go to site. Other apps don't do that. You get a notification like a text message on your phone.

I mentioned that to one girl after a first few messages, asking if she gets the notification or if it's the app. I got blocked. This is childish behaviour. Ass should update your app, so that when you get a like or a message, you get a notification like other apps do. Please fix this.

Sometimes you can be ghosted, or blocked for not communicating the same day. Don't know how people are getting dates, and relationships. Please help....

Fab-This site was easy to navigate, found a date and we are finding about each other. The daily match updates, message function, knowing if a message has been read are really functional. The site gives good information on your match profile, photos upload easily.

I initially joined in 2015, after a housemate recommended it to me. I used this service on and off for 4 years. The guys I were meeting were professionals and I liked they were alike people I would’ve met at university. Generally all the dates were lovely, but as ALWAYS do be cautious at first, trust your instincts as with all online services there are always those who might not be fully honest. Asian Single Solutions is reasonably priced and they do occasionally do special offers through certain periods. The filters were inituitive to the Asian dating scene, so they clearly know what would be helpful to their users. It also gives you daily suggestions, which I quite liked. They hold a lot of events, so if you’re not comfortable online initially, go to an event (they were also holding online events during lockdown). I did try different dating websites on my search, but Asian Single Solutions, was one I kept coming back to over and over again, mainly as their app is easy to navigate when searching and there were nice people to meet as options. Also more importantly the people on here seemed genuinely interested in finding someone for a long term relationship but also had an intellectual element which suits me. So do filter, filter, filter. I met my other half on Asian Single Solutions and we’re very happy nearly a year on. We’ve tried to find a connection to where we could’ve met up if not for the website, but doesn’t seem to be one. So if you’re genuinely looking for BIG love, give it a go. It’s free to sign up and have a look around and see if it’s something that would work for you before upgrading AND there aren’t hundreds of questions before you can start looking. This site is a waste of time and isn't designed with Asians in mind or at heart.

Asian Single Solution (or ASS as it is sometimes known) complained that I said in my review that this company is not owned by Asians - which is a fact - and that this might mean that the company isn't really best placed to serve Asians communities...is that a fact? What do you think?

I met my now husband on Asian Singles at one of the dating events they were hosting. We've now been married for 4 years and have a beautiful son together! It may not be your fantasy fairy tail meet but Asian Singles is a great way to meet a volume of people! The events are well organised, team really friendly and the websites easy to use.
My advice is to be open you may have to set aside the notion of finding someone you 'click' with after just a few short messages / dates, try REALLY HARD to just enjoy speaking to new people from all walks of life without the pressure.

I had been on and off dating sites previously and it's just like normal dating - you can't expect to meet your match instantly otherwise they wouldn't be so special.
Asian Single Solution was very straightforward and easy to use. It probably met my demographic best compared to shaadi.com which was too international for me (in the UK) and Asiand8 which was too casual.
I wanted to meet someone I could first build a relationship with but also had serious intent and that happened on here and I am so grateful for it. 🌸
