Placed on order on good friday availing of 20% discount. Total of the order was €90. 4 days later I was informed that 6 items were not in stock so they were removed from the order and a revised bill of €92 sent to my paypal as they had not applied the 20%. A random refund of €18 rather than €20.40 was returned after I complained. After further complaints and no resolution it was best to cancel the complete order and not deal with these scammers again.

Good products and quick deliveries...
But unfortunately too much products are too often unavailable.

Amazing service, ordered some sake and soju and it arrived super quickly got free shipping and for the size of the order it was very rapid and secure, even to the west of Ireland. Will order again and recommend to anyone in Ireland!

I have been looking for a specific brand of condiments and came across this website by accident.I’m so glad that I did.within 3 minutes I had found exactly what I had been looking for and within another 2 minutes had them ordered and paid for.That was on a Friday.My parcel arrived on Monday,packaged perfectly with my order and I know I will be happy to order from here again and again.

Awful experience. Total rip off of a website. They changed my order after purchase from the bulk order I made to 5 units and shipped it at the same 7.50 cost. Then they refused to cancel the order, didn't ask me about it first then proceeded to lie about contacting me. Horrible experience. They are a scam, Do not use this shop at all. Ever.

Honestly, everything that i want to order is sold out. Never in stock. Its a big shame, you may want to replenish your stock if you want to stay in the business longer.

I ordered the first time last week from Germany. Shipping fee was 48€. The reason for my order was the Chek Hup 3 in 1 Coffee with the white package. It is a malaysian Instant-Coffee which a friend from malaysia brought to Germany when he stayed over for some weeks. There is not one Online-Shop in Germany offering the Coffee with the white package, so I ordered it from this Shop. (I also wanted to test the shop for future orders - if everything arrives) And I have to say I'm really glad, the shipment didn't take that long and everything arrived safely. I didn't buy fresh things that expire fast as they would be prohibited, just many packages of the Coffee, Chili Powders and MSG. I'm really happy with my order! If you are from Germany and are not sure if you should or should not order, I say go for it, you won't be disappointed. :)

Ich habe letzte Woche zum ersten Mal bestellt. Versandkosten nach Deutschland verlaufen sich auf 48 Euro. Der Grund meiner Bestellung war der Chek Hup 3 in 1 Instant-Kaffee, den einmal ein Freund aus Malaysia mitgebracht hatte als er ein paar Wochen zu Besuch war. Es gibt in Deutschland keinen einzigen Online-Shop, der den Instant-Kaffee in der weißen Verpackung anbietet, daher habe ich ihn in diesem Shop bestellt. (Außerdem wollte ich den Shop auch für etwaige zukünftige Bestellungen testen - ob alles ankommt) Und meine Erfahrung war wirklich gut, alles ist gut verpackt angekommen und hat auch nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Ich habe natürlich keine Dinge bestellt, die schnell ablaufen würden, sondern nur den Kaffee, ein paar verschiedene Chili Gewürze und MSG. In allem bin ich wirklich zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung. Also, wenn hier jemand aus Deutschland überlegt, in diesem Shop zu bestellen, kann ich ihn nur empfehlen. :)

Absolutely terrible customer service from their Sales team. Always rushing me to finish ordering and seems to be annoyed to pick up the phone. Attitude is terrible, don’t know how they allow someone so inconsiderate and rude on their team!?

Can no longer get to Dublin to shop here, so I've just had a delivery in. At €7.50 it might seem pricey, but it's only 50 cents dearer than Tesco, so...
They were out of a few things I'd normally buy (I assume this is Brexit-related), but the selection was still fantastic. It was all really well wrapped, and any substitutions were sensible.

Ordered once during lockdown, and just placed another order there. Can't fault the service at all, great selection and variety along with value for money.

Excellent selection and quick delivery.
Delivery charge is a little on the steep side (€7.50), but only a little.

I ordered from Asia market a couple of days ago. I received all my spices promptly and in perfect condition. Their range of spices are brilliant and I am delighted with my purchases
If you like to cook and want to try new flavours then this is the place to order from.
I highly recommend Asia market and will most definitely be using them in the future.

Great range and value, excellent customer service

Brilliant store. Easy to order online and quick delivery to West Coast of Ireland. Good value for money and nice wide range of products. Excellent for getting fresh, tinned and dried Asian ingredients that you cannot get in your average Tesco, Aldi or Lidl. Definitely worth visiting.

I used to shop in Asia Market when I lived in the City, so I was really happy when I discovered they do deliveries. They have so many things you just can't get in regular shops, and its great being able to try new foods and drinks that you would just never see in Dublin. We have a coeliac living in the house, and being able to shop online with Asia Market was an enormous help during lockdown when naturally gluten free foods like rice and rice noodles were out of stock for weeks in all my local grocery stores. I really recommend trying them out, I've had a really great experience shopping with them and lot's of tasty dinners. All fresh items and drinks arrived really fast and still cold from the refrigerator, and we can keep our pantry stocked with dry goods (and loads of Lao Gan Ma!)

Asia Market carries a great range of products. A refund or suitable substitute was offered for anything out of stock due to Covid 19.

Customer service was unbelievably helpful, and my big bitty order was delivered in full the next day.

I'm very pleased with every aspect of my transaction with Asia Market Ireland.

Did an online order and it shipped on time, but the 3rd party delivery company (AnPost/Cql parcel delivery) had numerous delays and gave inaccurate tracking info plus no way to contact them.
The online staff at the Asia Market however really came through for me, sorted it all out and managed to get the order delivered. I really appreciated it. Had the 3rd party delivery service not been so terrible, this would have been a 5 Star review, as the Asia Market supplied me with great products and they shipped it on time at their end! I will try to order from them again, only because the Asia Market staff dealt with me so very well, will give it another shot :)
