It's not working anymore. Status upading, but without any results after a few days.

Absolutely untrustworthy. The lifetime plan I purchased stopped working after a few weeks. Zero response to messages. Total disgrace. Another scammer trying to rip off customers.

I bought the tool, at first it worked well, Then they removed the support chat and stopped responding to emails.

I think it's a scam, they don't respond and nothing works for me.

Important note : The tool doesn't work anymore. For over two months, nothing has been working, and no keyword tracking has been done. I tried to contact support through three different channels, but got no response. To top it all off, when I asked for a refund, my account was deleted without any explanation. Thieves.

I’ve been using Rankspro.io for a while now, and honestly, it’s been an infuriating experience. The rank tracking data is constantly late — sometimes several days go by without a single update. When I contact support, the responses are painfully slow and absolutely useless.

This tool might have potential, but what’s the point if the updates are unreliable and the customer service is a joke? At this stage, it’s nothing but a waste of time and money. The team seriously needs to fix their service and communication, because right now, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Update: Ranking has not updated for over 2 weeks now. It seems to be a dead project.

Ranks don't update daily, even when my plan allows daily rank updates. Graphs are out of place. The application is too slow to load. And the support, of late, is nonexistent. Tickets have been unanswered for the past several days, and there is no response from live chat either.

Every once in a while, something very very special comes along, that can actually hang with the big boys, i.e. ahrefs and SEMrush. RanksPro is one of those gems. I've been using it for months now, and I'm still constantly impressed with how quickly the developer Alekh, is moving forward, pushing out updates and new features like there's no tomorrow. What's even more impressive is that these aren’t just vanilty updates for the sake of being able to send an email touting something new. These are actually very thoughtful updates, and they are constantly evolving as Alekh genuinely listens to each of his customers when they have a comment or suggestions. More than that, he takes action to address those issues. I've rarely found a developer so devoted to communicating with and learning from his customer base. It's extremely comforting to know that I can just hit Reply to any of the update emails, ask a question, and know that I will shortly get a reply from Alekh himself. I started using RanksPro.io recently, having purchased it on a marketplace. Since it is new on the market, it can be forgiven for some temporary slowness. It looks like a miniature Semrush, with a simple and immediate interface. I use it mainly for the Italian language and the rank returned, within the limits of the fluidity of Google's SERP results, is precise. By connecting Search Console and GA4 you also have some nice graphics on the last period trend. In short, a tool that can be added to the toolbox of a good SEO specialist.
