I’m always satisfied with the quality.
However, when I made a mistake with my order, I found there was no system to request a cancellation by myself. I contacted the Venum Japan site customer service via chat, but received no response. There was also no reply to my inquiries about the product. I don’t understand the purpose of creating a Japanese site if customer support is not properly provided.
Also, for items like T-shirts, I believe detailed sizing information is essential. Since this is an international order, failing to choose the right size means a high burden of returning and repurchasing.

Easy to use website. Once dispatched it was easy to track and was reasonably quick. Ordered 2 GI’s which are great for my 2 boys. Looking forward to ordering more equipment from these guys

Got my order after 5 days last July 19, 2025. Venum Grey Lavander and Dark Plum color BJJ Gis I got are the perfect fit for me (size A2, since I'm 172cm weighing 85kgs) and has good quality for a training Gi. Fight shorts I got is Large and just the right size for me. Except for Large Rash Guards I got, it's little bit smaller. I should've ordered XL. For guys planning to buy rash guards if you're size is Medium always go for XL, meaning plus 2 size from you're expected size. So far the rest of items I received are awesome and I'll ordering next time for bigger size for rash guards. Thanks venum!

I am a fan and customer of your product. But you guys need to give proper measurement details of your product whether its top or bottom . I been buying your stuff for years and each different range are of different measurement ex: X v XL but on the site the measurement is the same. Another example some of your bottom range i can literally wear a M compare to other model where i may need L or XL .
Please fix this issue.

The stitching on the kangaroo pocket of the hoodie is messy; there’s a bunch of loose thread and it doesn’t look properly finished.

good price, good delivery. But bad QA, the right glove isn’t even stitched properly from the inside that my fingertips can grab the sponge and leather directly…..
