I was a little apprehensive about buying my memorial ring with only pictures to go by. I had a video call with Georgina who tried on the rings herself so that I could see what they looked like. I also had several email and phone chats. Nothing was too much trouble.
I wanted a rub over setting for the stone rather than a claw setting. This was created for me.
I am very pleased with the final product, in fact the stone looks larger than expected but is beautiful. I can have a piece of my husband with me all the time now.

what a welcome right from the start. lovely lovely people. So caring, precise, attentive and very much attention to detail. I felt reassured right from the start. I purchased several items with my mums hair and other stuff, a ring. a charm and keyring all complete with mums memories n very personal. I was able to watch her hair being added to jewellery, which made it very special. all individually and beautifully wrapped. I will be back to order more. Excellent service right from the beginning. Answered enquiry straight away and also rang / messaged to check the order before proceeding. Lots of choices, designs to choose from and clear instructions when sending ashes. Day before received telephone call to arrange delivery. I was really pleased with my pendant and have passed details of the company to my sister so she can place an order too.

From start to finish the process was very efficient, from choosing your item to the delivery, the staff were very helpful and polite if you needed to discuss anything. The website was very clear and I found very good.

I received my beautiful memory ring on Friday. I absolutely adore it, tasteful meaningful - a wonderful tribute to my partner of over 20 years, my husband for over 10 years. At a time when you feeling lost, Ashes with Art staff are just amazing. Their sensitive service is perfect. They can create such beautiful pieces with your loved ones ashes. Fantastic service. My daughter’s ring had to go in for repair, I was kept informed the whole time on the progress from receipt of delivery right through to the return delivery to us. I was advised quickly that the ring was under warranty and would be fixed free of charge. I had a phone call to confirm this and a phone call to confirm address and day for delivery. The ring came back as if it was new all boxed and bagged up again. Thanks so much, A* service .
