I’ve had two conversations with them and the whole process felt very personal and that they wanted to do the very best for me. From start to finish the staff at Ashes with art are so caring and tender when you're discussing things with them, they listen to you and are there every step of the process, their communication is incredible, phone calls, emails etc.
My item was supposed to take 4-6 weeks to make but the turn around time was no longer than 2 weeks! I am thrilled, it's such a dainty piece and only I know just how much it means to me to have this. Thank you so much to all the team at Ashes with art.

Fantastic! Very quick delivery and they corresponded with me all the time giving updates and when the item was going to be delivered. I ordered a very large ring which had to be custom made. The turn around was about 3 weeks as opposed to a similar company who took 3 months, then had to cancel with them as they would not respond. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and a very good quality. I am so pleased and they deserve a 5 star rating.
