Confesso che ero un po' scettico all'inizio....a conti fatti il telefono è arrivato un pochissimi giorni ad un prezzo che è stato davvero un affare.. spedizione perfetta......e poi la garanzia di 30 mesi.....

L'esperienza è stata complessivamente positiva però la spedizione con UPS ha subito 2 ritardi. Il costo del tablet è concorrenziale ed è in ottimo stato. Avrei però preferito sapere in fase di acquisto che tale tablet era originariamente destinato al mercato africano

Aspettative rispettate. Smartphone acquistato "come nuovo" non presenta alcun segno di usura, neanche minimo. Inoltre la batteria sembra ok e la garanzia di 30 mesi offre una tranquillità aggiuntiva.

Acquistato tablet ad un prezzo davvero competitivo. Gestione dell’ordine eccellente, ricevuto con un giorno di anticipo e con la possibilità di tracciare la spedizione in tempo reale. Sono molto soddisfatto.

I'm surprised this company is still running.
I purchased a tablet back in July 2024 from the Italian website to be delivered in Ireland.
On July 25th I received an email saying it was delivered although it wasn't and it was meant to be signed for upon delivery and I surely didn't sign for it.
I contacted the courier (DHL) and they said they can't share with me proof of the investigation/signature upon receipt due to data protection and that I need to contact the company.
The company took forever to get back to me, in the meantime the parcel appeared in poor conditions, and the tablet has a defect on the screen.
The company blames UPS (although DHL was in contact with me for the delivery), UPS/DHL blames the company.
I was told for defects I have/had 7 days time to contact them and they're 7 days start on July 25th although I received it on September 11th!
I contacted them right away as soon as I received it although I was abroad (I had my partner open the parcel for me cause honestly after so long I had lost hope).
So now almost 2 months after I placed the order I find myself with a damaged tablet and no one taking responsibility. Funny cause I just saw a review from September 3rd (last week) saying the same thing although they managed to solve the issue eventually!
***UPDATE
Received a damaged tablet (scratched on the screen), had to fight and threatened to get consumer rights services involved in order to be able to return it, it's been over 2 months since I returned it and no refund/update/communication at all!

Velocità e convenienza!

Subito ero dubbioso perché non avevo mai sentito nominare questo sito. A posteriori devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto: spedizione sempre tracciabile e consegna in meno di una settimana. Pagamento sicuro tramite paypal e la qualità del prodotto rispecchia in pieno quello che viene dichiarato.
Nel mio caso il pc acquistato con la condizione "come nuovo" è come mi aspettavo: perfetto, nessun graffio o segno e la batteria in ottime condizioni.
Davvero soddisfatto.

Ho trovato quello che cercavo ad un prezzo ragionevole, tempi di spedizione rapidissimi
