I had all the cards taken by a scamner, so unfortunately not very happy.

Trying to top up cristmas saving card & payments being declined AGAIN, last time was advised to use different email as flagged as fraudulent ( obviously not) now having same issue, system is flawed & will not be saving next year with Asda. Now to go back through the process of getting this resolved AGAIN.

Tried numerous times but could not purchase egifts. Tried alternate cards, checked all information correct. Still not working.

The gift card arrived very quickly and exactly as instructed.

There are so many problems with this site. Yet again I am having problems topping up..yes I have enough money in my account, yes I have entered the correct details, no I am.not.usong an alternative card. And get this, I had problems topping up Monday and got my new bank card Tuesday (and yes it's all set up and working) I have tried to top up now and the same issue. IT ISN'T THE CUSTOMERS FAULT, the issue is your end!!?
I have tried to top.upmyet again and the authentication is asking for email and text code, which I correctly entered. And it still won't accept my payment!! I am not the problem!!
It would seem the problem is world pay, my bank thinks it's fraudulent activity! Perhaps you should change your provider to stop this from happening to people and you might find you get less negative reviews
Update after asdagiftcards requested more information. I had tried unsuccessfully to top up my card online and I would.enter all my details,.then authorize it through.the bank and then a message would.come up on screen saying the transaction was unsuccessful. I received a new bank card that week due to.me.falling for an online scam (I am.so.ashamed) so I tried to top.up again and the same thing happened. Then I received a message from my.bank.saying they had blocked my card due to fraudulent activity, so I rang them. I explained I was trying to top up my card and it was not a fraud but a well used and trusted site, they asked me if I had to authorize the payment on my banking app and I said I did and in the end they lifted the block and told me that the payment would now go through. So I tried to top up again and was successful. So it would seem that Worldpay must be the issue (maybe that's who the scammers had used, I don't remember) as you are a reputable site and when the bank looked through my payments they saw I had used you multiple times in the past. I fell victim to a scam where some imposter purchased asda gift cards worth £225 using my credit card. When I reported this to the customer service mentioning details such as the order reference and recipient's email address, I was told that they had no access to the system for blocking those gift cards, and they showed no interest in further taking any action that could lead to the fraudsters.

I was scammed , someone bought using my credit card.

hi i found it really easy putting money on my christmas saving card on line just follow the instructions and you will be fine always remember to register your card in case it gets lost or stolen❤️

I keep trying to set up a 4 weekly top up. It does it once and then says payment has failed. Card is OK and in date. Just want to top up regularly

Easy to top up my ASDA Christmas Savings card online and topped up £50 so earned £2 in ASDA Rewards so good way to make money and save for Christmas at the same time.

I was directed to this site when attempting to put money into my Christmas saver account for which I have a card. I do not want an online account as well as a card.
As usual Asds are very vague about their deals and instore staff uninformed when asked to help.
I will not be using any of Asdas savers or rewards in future

Tried 6 times (with different cards) to buy Asda/George egift card for relative, unfortunately Asda site was 'blocking payment' (my banks confirmed this). Tried to contact Asda - 'No Reply'..... Asda obviously dont need the business so I purchased an egift card from a competitor. Will not try to use Asda again!
