Once you’ve logged in you’ll see a ‘top-up’ option next to your card. Just follow the instructions on screen and you’ll be topped up in minutes. You can do a one-off top up or set up a regular payment. You can also top up in store where a colleague will be able to support you. If you have any further issues please don't hesitate to reach out.

I do my shopping then before I get to the checkout I send a txt to add the amount of money I need onto my giftcard for my shopping and it loads immediately, no waiting and no hassle. Easy payment with no fuss. Best of all, I use my giftcard I received via my electric company so that gives me an extra 4% off every top up I make. Couldn't be easier and I'm quids in, only a tiny card to carry never having to worry if I have enough cash to cover my purchase and no hanging around waiting for a cash only self scan machine. Pure and simple...make the switch 😉😊

I use the Asda Gift Card every week to transfer money to a disabled family member for Carers to do food shopping. On one occasion when the card was lost customer service were very helpful and a replacement was received very quickly. Have been using this service for several years. Very satisfied.

Awful experience. Asda took the money off my gift card for an order that was not even processed. £85 gone. Do not recommend.
