I was hesitant to proceed with the assessment for my son because of past experiences with Autism 360. I had a letter in the post as a reminder to proceed forward with the assessment. I'm so glad I did, everything makes more sense now. There is a huge depth of knowledge and experience, the assessment retorts are detailed. Life changing, thank you Autism 360

This "free" test is not free and that is 10 minutes of my life I will never get back. Dont scam people suffering from mental health please.

Honestly I can’t thanks Autism 360 staff enough. They were quick to arrange an appointment for my little boy and promptly met with us the begin his assessment. They were attentive to his needs and we felt heard and supported. We now understand how to support him better. Natasha was absolutely brilliant with him. Thank you autism 360 we can move on without being sat on a NHS wait list for several years

I highly recommend autism 360 to anyone who is considering getting a diagnosis. My daughter has recently been assessed and diagnosed with autism and we both cannot praise Marie enough, who led my daughter’s assessment . She was very understanding and made my daughter feel at ease and able to answer the questions with support, even when she got tearful and overwhelmed. The whole process from start to finish was very thorough. We as a family can now move forward with positivity and get the right balance that my daughter needs. Thank you Marie. High praise.

Lightning fast time between submitting the paperwork and getting a portal login. Appointment scheduled for a week after the paperwork completion. Incredible assessors made us very comfortable and kept us informed. Marie and Louiscia not only saw through my child’s adhd and masking behaviours, but Marie has gone above and beyond to make sure her report clearly outlines my son’s presentation. Highly recommend and I will be forever grateful.

I was diagnosed with ADHD a couple of years ago and was given medication which has helped my life massively, Thank You ADHD360.

I could tell I was still not functioning the same as others so looked into Autism360, I was given an option to choose what dates and clinician would work for me, the waiting time was reasonable.
My Clinician was excellent, professional, caring and very understanding.
This helped so much.

My daughter had her assessment with Marie and she was fab.
From refereral to diagnosis was about 7 months.
The whole process was so calm and straightforward.

Please do not use this company for an Autism review. My 31 year old daughter needed to be assessed, so we contacted Autism 360. the assessment was conducted over zoom as my daughter found that easier, and I was present. The lady who assessed my daughter immediately suggested I leave, which we went along with as she recommended it. My daughter told me that she then proceeded to skim through the assessment, hardly waiting for my daughter to reply - she said early on that it sounded more like depression than autism. She kept interrupting my daughter when she was answering questions. she didn't ask about any sensory issues - my daughter has strong reactions/problems with food, light, sounds and texture. my daughter started to cry because it was so bad and she felt frustrated, the assessor asked if she had been listened to at the end of the assessment, and my daughter started to reply and the lady interrupted her. she kept saying she didn't have enough time to spend as long as my daughter wanted on each point, but the session is supposed to be 1.5 hours, and the assessor stopped it 20 minutes early. The assessor spoke at length about how bad it was for her not to leave the house (which she feels overwhelmed by) that she spent 5 minutes talking to my daughter about ways to leave the house - this is not part of an assessment which is supposedly time short where the patient does not have time to speak. during the session the assessor used the expression "What benefit do you think a diagnosis would even give you?" Apparently she used to be on the community mental health team, and my daughter felt her bias all along was towards mental health. My daughter had written out a list of points to discuss before the assessment incase she forgot, but was not asked if she wanted to talk about anything, and looking at the afterwards not a single one was mentioned. My daughter has spoken to two therapists and her psychiatrist who all suggested being assessed for autism. the psychiatrist has started reducing my daughter's heavy hitting anti depressants as he says she does not have depression - the autism assessor became fixated on this and said my daughter should go back on them - this after not knowing her medical history. So all in all not a useful session, and rather damaging. After it was over I went back to see my daughter, who was sobbing. She said she did not want to speak to the assessor again as she had no faith in the assessment - if she said she did or did not have autism my daughter did not feel she would trust the assessment, as she had not been listened to. I contacted Autism 360 to complain, expecting at least a helpful response, or the suggestion she have another assessment with another person, instead no response, only one phone call that wasn't followed up which promised to help, then a letter to my daughter two months later saying she had to pay the invoice as the assessment had been carried out, even though my daughter was so unhappy and damaged by the experience, we never pursued the diagnosis, and the assessment was cut short. I imagine it can be difficult dealing with people who have social issues, but my daughter is articulate and intelligent, if vulnerable, and has not had this problem with any other health professional. I have not had to leave this kind of review with any other person or company. I feel like i have just thrown this money away - but worse than that, because the way Autism 360 conducted themselves, and their assessor, left my daughter feeling traumatised.

Absolutely exceptional service from beginning to end.
Every member of the team have been extremely supportive and professional throughout out the entire process, this being towards myself and my son .
I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a diagnosis by kind , caring and very knowledgeable practitioners.

I can’t thank Autism 360 for all the help and support they’ve given me and my daughter over the last few weeks. Customer services have been amazing, as a parent paying privately for an assessment is very overwhelming and daunting in itself, they answered all my questions very quickly and was always on hand to help no matter how big or small or silly my questions were, complete peace of mind. I booked my daughters assessment on 21/09/2025, I had my parent assessment on 30/09/2025 which was 1.5hrs long, 3hrs later I had completed my assessment, very detailed, thorough and not once rushed. My daughter had her assessment on 02/10/2025 again 1.5hrs but she’d finished in 30mins, very kind, compassionate and very understanding of my daughter. Her feedback assessment was 15/10/2025 where my daughter was diagnosed with ASD, again very thorough, compassionate and so understanding. Also mentioned she was showing traits of ADHD following all the information and evidence provided. I cannot recommend Autism 360 enough and have already recommended them to people going on this journey too. BIG THANK YOU to Clara and Chloe who assessed me and my daughter through the assessment. You’ve had a massive impact on such a difficult and challenging journey! Thank you all at Autism 360!!

This company needs to look at the bigger picture. I was suprised how quickly I was not given a diagnosis, the video assessment is very rushed, brief, not really appropriate for an adult. The information is poor, the care overall wasn't particularly great. I feel very confused about why I was referred for an assessment in the first place because I don't have autism according to a 1hr video assessment asking me to perform and read a story. The only feedback I was given is that I have relationship difficulties and that's not the case at all.

Nyalalani Talela did my assessment and my feedback and she was very patient, professional, made me laugh and was easy to talk to . .The whole process took 8 months as a lady of 56yrs young this whole process has given me the information, tools to look for a job and to live life to the full .

Just want to share our experience with Austism 360. From referral to diagnosis was around 8 months. The whole process has been stress free and communication throughout has been excellent. When ever I've contacted with a query which was quite a few times they were very quick to respond and so helpful throughout the process.
The lady (Elina) who did my sons assessment was lovely and spoke very calmly to him giving him the time he needed to answer any questions. During the parent consultation Clara was very patient whilst I went through my own notes and recalling past events.
We were very quick to recieve feedback call and diagnosis. The whole process with Autism 360 has been a very positive one and I would highly recommend. We will be using their sister provider ADHD 360 for my sons recommend ADHD assessment.

I have recently had an autism assessment and got diagnosed with Autism-360 through the NHS. My experience with 360 was very professional Sophie who did my report was fantastic, and from start to finish i felt comfortable throughout, thank you all for your professionalism

The whole process was simple to follow. The assessors were all professional, kind, caring & patient, putting both myself and my child at ease.
Would rate 10/10 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as provider for autism assessments.
