I am really pleased with the hat I have bought for my granddaughters wedding.. I bought 2 outfits prior to Covid 19 but couldn’t find a nice hat to wear with either one. Then I found Ascot Hats 4U and got the perfect hat which I can wear with both outfits, so , thank you very much.

Very nice, also the color fidelity is not perfec.
We are pleased by the quality, speed of delivery and overall look.
Just one thing : the color on the web are a bit different from reality.
--> It is great that we bough the hand bag AND the hat together. I recommend doing so if you do not want to have miss matched colors.

Non-Existent Customer Service
This company goes by the names of Ascot Hats 4U and Fascinators 4 Weddings. I purchased my fascinator through the Ascot Hats 4U website and, on receipt, it was apparent that it was the wrong shade to go with the dress I planned to wear it with.
I was then confronted with the stringent returns policy operated by Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings. Despite fulfilling all the requirements of the returns policy - emailing to confirm the return, printing and completing an A4 returns form and paying £7:50 for the package to be returned by signed for mail - Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings consistently failed to confirm receipt of the returned item. Emails and online enquiries were responded to with “please check our returns policy on the website”. Extremely unhelpful.
Tracking information revealed the item was received and signed for by Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings on 18th January; however, I had to wait until 3rd February to receive a ‘status update’ from them confirming that I would be refunded.
Please bear in mind the above if planning to purchase from Ascot Hats 4U/Fascinators 4 Weddings.

Could not have been more delighted with the quality and colour of my headpiece (teal) which matched my dress perfectly. The service was exceptional as I received it within 2 days and have since also ordered a similar one for my Mother for a family wedding (violet). Would not hesitate to recommend.

The service was very efficient and I received a facilitator and bag in the fabric and colour I ordered. However part of the fabric attaching the hat to the band had come unstuck. I sent an email and photos of the band and I was told to use PVA glue to stick it back!! Other than the little problem, I was however very happy with the quality and price.

Perfect colour
A very easy process from my initial order to delivery. I was unsure about the colour of the hat and found the most accurate image on the site to be the one of the inside rim. When the hat arrived it was the exact colour I was looking for and I am delighted. I have looked at thousands of hats online with no success until I found ascothats4u and would 100% recommend them

It would be very helpful to have a telephone contact option for customers.
