Bought my son a full‑sus mountain bike and wanted to upgrade it with a dropper post. Ascend stood out for value, but I didn’t yet have the bike measurements needed for their sizing tool. Their supp... Se mer

Je recommande à 100%. J'ai reçu une réponse rapidement par mail, la livraison a été rapide (frais de douane en supplément ~30€). Mais ma roue HZN2 est à nouveau opérationnelle.
I needed an HG freehub for my Vel 28RL wheels from Sigma. The original freehubs aren't very tough and suffer from gouging. I read online that the Nukeproof Horizon v2 freehub fits. I asked Ascend if t... Se mer

Flight External Dropper Seatpost × 1 30.9 / 150 - 3 month review
This is a fantastic dropper post. I bought it for my 11yo son and it's fitted to a 24" mtb. The action is very smooth and is working beautifully after 3 months of pretty constant use. The unit is far superior to the stock Bontrager post that's on my Trek Fuel.
Highly, highly recommended. Great quality, great price, great customer service and quick delivery. Thanks Ascend, great product.

Fast shipment great product
Fast shipment great product. The only thing for us outside UK is the shipment and customs charges which come to almost double of the product price.

Item arrived - just a little slower than expected
The small package may have been better sent by mail than courier as it seemed to get held up at the airport unnecessarily long.

Replied to a question
Replied to a question, about a replacement cartridge kit for a Seatpost by someone else. On a Saturday!
Supplied said cartridge quickly and my Trans X Rad+ is working nicely again.

Quick shipping, excelent weight/cost ratio
Relatively quick shipping. I am from Svk (eu) and that was like one week. I paid a much lower customs duty than I expected.. ;)
The product looks very high-quality (the Flight SL dropper post), and it works as it should. The price-to-quality-to-weight ratio is probably unbeatable...
