ASB Delivery Services  Omdömen

This week, ASB delivered my new sofa. The informative, timely and helpful communication I received from them was impressive. They were reliable and I was confident that they would complete the delivery on a time of my choosing
On the actual day, the team was friendly and helpful
So inspiring to know that such good service still exists I heartedly recommend this company

ABSOLOUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was in hospital when the team took delivery of my sofas to be delivered.
The team checked with me every couple of days to see how i was.. they were so caring. When i was discharged from hospital they delivered my sofas, with care and kindness. I could not speak highly enough of the team. 10/10

Communication was spot on and very friendly and extremely punctual. Ne of the best delivery services out there.

I have never encountered a delivery firm like these 5* the communications were really good, via WhatsApp text and email. On day of delivery the boys text an hour before arrival and they arrived on time, they were very friendly and respectful, they unpacked everything and took the boxes and plastic away. Well done you have a very good system and good employees, thank you for making it easy for customers, highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We would highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and very professional.
I'd like to mention the 2 man team Carlito and another chap.. who delivered our sofas from vintage sofas...they were careful and professional...waited patiently while we checked our sofas...very pleased

Excellent service would recommend

The guys told me a few days prior to delivery what day and gave me a two hour window. I had a message this morning with live tracking so I knew roughly what time they would be with me. The delivery was perfect. I had large sofas delivered and they were heavy. They delivered them and set them up and tool all rubbish away. Absolutely thrilled with the service, thankyou

Excellent service from ASB. Kept me updated beforehand and on the delivery day with location tracking and phone calls. Even better than John Lewis delivery teams!

Totally kept informed of delivery also phone 1 hour prior to the delivery the drivers were really helpful and efficient would definitely use again a fantastic service

Good communication throughout.
Delivery guys were brilliant! Thank you.

Absolutely spot on with communication and delivery requirements. Cannot fault them for their service and approach. On schedule as they promised too. Great job 👏.

These guys were so considerate, arranging the delivery to fit in with my building schedule. Not many delivery firms do that.

Amazing, friendly on time and extremely careful with our delivery, brought it into the house and assembled,

The very best delivery team we have ever had. Contacted us by email and phone to arrange a delivery date and time. On the day, the driver texted to say when he was on his way. Then he texted again with an arrival time.
Courteous, professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. An excellent service provided by a superb team. Cannot fault them and I highly recommend them. Thank you very very much.

Fabulous, professional, polite, tidy and caring. These guts took care of my furniture and house like it was their own!

Guys were brilliant. Very quickly got my sofa in, set up and checked to make sure it was in perfect working order before they left. Top class 😊

Communication from ASB was very good. Email and WhatsApp messages received. On the day live tracking information was sent and was delivered in the timescales as sent. Excellent service received. Thanks

The guys arrived at the time they said they would be here. Very professional, extremely helpful, even carried the bed settee upstairs for us, which was not an easy task. They are a credit to your company. Thank you.

Excellent service provided by the two gents who delivered my sofas. I had a phone call the day before, then an hour prior to there arrival. They brought the sofas into my property which great care and then installed the footings and then took away the excess packaging. Great to see this kind of service still exists and deserve a lot of credit for there professionalism. One happy customer.

On time, very careful, efficient, friendly sofa delivery.
