I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ArtSpark and will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I purchased their Crimson Fury paint-by-numbers kit specifically to complete and display as a Halloween decoration. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable purchase turned into a frustrating experience involving a damaged product, contradictory shipping information, and completely inadequate customer service.

My original kit arrived damaged, so I contacted ArtSpark for a replacement. I was explicitly told that my replacement would ship directly from their US warehouse.

However, when I checked the tracking information, I discovered the package was originating from China, not the United States.

After questioning this discrepancy multiple times, ArtSpark finally admitted that the information they originally provided was incorrect and that my replacement was being shipped internationally.

Here’s where it gets even more concerning.

The product page for the EXACT painting I purchased, Crimson Fury, specifically advertises “Ships from California” and delivery within 2–5 business days.

Despite repeatedly asking ArtSpark to explain why their website advertises California shipping while my replacement is coming from China, I have received no explanation.

ArtSpark also informed me that my replacement shipped on October 22. However, carrier tracking did not show the package being physically received and processed at a sorting facility in Shenzhen, China, until October 27.

On October 24, customer service assured me that my concerns had been escalated and that another team member would respond shortly.

As of October 29, despite additional follow-up emails, I have received absolutely no substantive response.

To make matters worse, Halloween is October 31, and the painting I purchased specifically for that occasion has still not arrived. Even if it arrives before Halloween, I will have no realistic opportunity to complete it in time.

I understand that shipping damage and delays can happen. What I find unacceptable is the lack of transparency, inaccurate information, and failure to address legitimate customer concerns.

I have retained copies of the emails, shipping records, and screenshots documenting the discrepancies between their advertised shipping claims and my actual experience.

I have requested a full refund and am still awaiting a resolution.

BUYER BEWARE. If you’re considering purchasing from ArtSpark, I strongly recommend asking where your order will actually ship from and carefully reviewing the company’s shipping and return policies before spending your money.

ArtSpark didn’t just deliver a damaged product. They completely lost my trust as a customer.

They were so quick to respond to confirm shipping info and I asked for a discount code if I bought another paint your pet set and she immediately gave me a code and was so pleasant!!!
Will be buys more gifts from them for Christmas!!!

I bought my paint my number almost a year ago ans was recently able to start it. I quickly ran out of a certain color and the customer service was able to ship me more asap.

I’ve had nothing but issues. They never sent tracking information until I requested it and then the tracking link didn’t work. I ordered over a month ago and have yet to receive it and the tracking stopped showing updates over a week ago. I emailed support several times where they replied with generic, useless information and a discount code that provides less of a discount than the sale they are already running. Never getting anything from Artspark again

Great customer service! My package arrived with water damage, and when I contacted customer service they responded the same day and sent me a replacement. Besides the water damage, everything was high quality! I’m very impressed.

Request paint refill. From my initial email to my order being sent to fulfillment was 8 mins total. Great service, impeccable response time!

The pieces are so beautiful but it’s sad that they don’t deliver to India yet. I would love to buy from them and display it in in my house once I am finished.

This is my 6th painting from ArtSpark and the experience and quality has been great. I’ve tried other sources for PBN but they haven’t been the same. I especially recommend the custom PBN - they have been beautiful.

Great customer service. I wrote them an email in the evening not expecting a response until the morning, but I got one almost immediately. Unfortunately my package got delivered on a rainy day and the delivery service left it in a puddle. The box fell apart as I opened the plastic wrapping because it was that thoroughly soaked. The canvas was stained and the direction paper for color match was totally ruined. They asked for a picture of my canvas, the next morning I had a notification that a replacement kit was on its way. I’ll use this company every time. Thank you!
