Artspark Omdömen

Great customer service and checking in with the order

Great and fast service. Made sure I was getting the right painting level and gave information about what to expect

The witch coven kit is great.....I ordered it with the frame. I think it might have been tough to paint without the frame. After a month, I'm about halfway done. Tip: add a few drops of water in the pots to slightly thin the paints.
One small gripe, the brush tips are no longer pointy with use.

The customer service has been amazing! I got reached out personally to confirm everything. Layla was amazing and such a pleasure.

Found an awesome piece to paint, site was very helpful and informative!

I got two of there paint by numbers. And the Artspark team reached out the next morning. And let me know the order already shipped. I have never had a company reach out to inform me that everything is on track and make sure all the information is correct! I will most differently be buying from them again. They just got a customer for life!

I ordered three paintings for my friends and me to do. The quality is solid and it has been a good activity. So much so that I ordered another one for myself and plan to get one for my sister for Christmas.

What really stood out is the customer service. Immediately after ordering I was contacted because I had left my unit number off the shipping info in error. Staff wrote to me to make sure they had the correct address before sending the order out.

My friend was sent extra pots (36 count instead of the 24 for her canvas), but immediately on contacting customer service they remedied this and sent her the 24 pots to match her canvas.

But the real stand out was that my puppy decided he wanted to get into the paint pots and I came home to the pots all over the ground, some chewed and paint everywhere. The response to my inquiry about replacing them was instant and they sent them out in less than 24 hours for free.

Overall, I am so impressed. It is rare that customer service is that responsive and pleasant, on top of having a good product.

Well priced, great customer service!

Easy ordering. Prompt response.

The paint canvas, paint, and paint brushes are such amazing quality!!
Super well priced for what you receive I’m honestly shocked wasn’t expecting much but they blew out my expectations. So much variety of paint by numbers the hardest part was choosing which one to paint, quick delivery time and the customer service is super helpful 10/10 experience.

This company is legit and the staff are so friendly, kind and genuine
The products are great quality and communication is prompt. I highly recommend and they believe is good causes.

I had some issues with shipping but the company was really helpful and contacted me via email for every step. Product arrived and looks great!

The customer service may be a little slow since they have a small team, but they are very thorough and helpful. I love the kits and have done 3 myself and gifted 4. It’s the perfect gift for someone a little crafty.

The site was easy to navigate. All of the artwork looks amazing. After ordering, I got confirmation both through email and text. Felt good knowing someone reached out to verify address. Excited to give there products a try.

Excellent customer service!! Extremely responsive and helpful. Needed additional paint cups and they sent it out for free and expediently!! Love this company ❤️

Great company! I accidentally forgot to put my apartment number on the order and I got a text asking if there was an apartment number. They added it to my order. Not only that, they gave me 20% off of my next canvas when my paycheck comes in. Highly recommend!!

The customer service is outstanding. They reached out to me just to ensure that I received my package, and that it arrived safely with no damage. I've never seen anything like that before.

Ordering was simple and the staff was amazing! I had a question about the paint and they were quick to respond.

Very responsive and helpful seller! Lots of options to select and even offered a few that I missed. Great follow-up and they genuinely offer quality service and products. I’m very glad we found this company and will be repeat customers! Thank you very much for taking care of us! Love it!

This company is amazing! I bought a large framed canvas and it is extremely high quality and beautiful. The customer service is stellar. Fast responses in email and even a check in after receiving the package. They were so fast to send me a missing paint and assured me if I ran out of any I could get those within 3 months too! I am so glad I chose artspark as my first paint by number experience. I will be ordering again.
