Never received my order - 122.00 order. Called customer service: no one called back .

I'm struggling to get the full refund for my order. Shoppers get free shipping if paying over $100, but if you have trouble with the order, they will only refund $87.50 (I paid $108). If it's free shipping, it's free shipping. Until they say it isn't.

Do not order from this website. They have absolutely no customer service. Scam alert.

I loved ordering from this company, and the products are great. HOWEVER, their customer service is not great at ALL. If you don't receive the package from USPS, whether it was mis-delivered or possibly stolen, they do not help you at all. The have a policy that if the package does not arrive, the customer will need to file a claim with USPS. They do not offer to help, or to reship the order, or to offer a store credit or a refund. This is not a good experience for the customer, and they are very rude in their responses. I am very sad to write this review, and I will no longer order from them again.

I love art of the root but I’m deeply disappointed. I was at a doctor’s appointment when my delivery arrived, and I was so excited to see it. But that excitement quickly turned into sadness when I opened the package—three of the bottles were completely shattered, and one had a crack in the glass, leaking all the oil.
I had really hoped the product would arrive safely, but instead, it feels like I’ve spent money only to receive broken bottles. This experience has been so disheartening, and I truly wish this had been handled with more care. What’s even more puzzling is that the packaging seemed fine, so I’m not sure how this could have happened. Boss fix -Broken

I usually let negative experiences slide, but in this instance, I feel compelled to share my disappointment to prevent others from facing the same issue. Art of the Root is generally a reputable company with quality products, but their customer service, particularly regarding their point system, leaves much to be desired.

They operate a point system where you can earn points for future purchases by sharing a code with others. I shared my code with a friend who made a substantial purchase using it, but I never received the promised points. When I contacted them about this, they refused to acknowledge the issue, claiming they couldn't see the transaction in their system.

We all know that technology isn't infallible, and it's disheartening that they chose to trust their computer system over a loyal customer. This experience has left a sour taste, and I no longer feel inclined to promote them on social media or recommend them to others.

Their attempt to appease me with a 20% discount on my next order felt like a dismissive gesture, barely covering the cost of tax and shipping.

I would advise against endorsing this company or attempting to utilize their point system.
