Terrible Company with Poor Management and Toxic Team
The owner can terminate employees without providing any reason, as she did with me. She ignored my request to send an official termination letter.

• The owner expects employees to humble themselves in her presence and has been known to point out personal flaws, such as accent or nationality, in an unprofessional manner.
• Employees are frequently assigned extra responsibilities beyond their job description without any increase in salary.
• The company seems to exploit a system of hiring new employees every month or two and then dismissing them for no apparent reason.
