Ordered slatted cladding on Dec 5. Received confirmation of the order. Delivery was 1 - 5 days. I expected a longer time as I live in a remote area.
It is now Dec 19 and nothing has arrived and I have received no communication despite sending an enquiry via email with o response.

As per your response I received no email regarding the alternative address for shipping. I regularly check both my inbox and spam and received no email.

I wanted to follow up regarding your order with us. On the 8th of December, we sent an email informing you that, unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill deliveries to the Shetland Islands. We had requested an alternative mainland address where we could arrange delivery, but as we didn’t receive a response, we have gone ahead and processed a full refund for your order.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The product was delivered quickly. However 2 of the boards were damaged. I have emailed the company to let them know but received no response.

This is my second order for midnight black external cladding and accessories.
The first was for our sauna wall - outside of sauna.
The second for exterior cladding to our extension.
The product is excellent quality and the customer service is also excellent.

Very poor service. Ordered 5 working days ago. The lead time says 1-5 days. Had an email on day 2 saying your order is on the way. Call on day 5 after hearing nothing else to be told it hasn’t even been dispatched.

Superb customer service
So pleased I came across this company for our cladding. Customer service was exceptional, where you can actually speak to someone who knows their stuff and gave expert advice. Daniel was great and arranged a quick turnaround with delivery too. Would 100% recommend.

Poor customer service
Haven’t had an opportunity to use them as they never respond to any of my questions. Both my wife and I on separate occasions have posted questions on their online chat forum and not once have they responded. Based on our experience the service they provide appears to be very poor. I would be concerned with spending money with a company who can’t responded to simple questions.

AVOID! Sent the wrong cladding clips and refused to pay for replacement clips I needed to buy locally as builders were already on site. Claimed it was my fault for not checking the order and suggested we fit them without clips as a workaround. Awful customer service. Avoid!!

I’ve carefully reviewed your order and the notes from our team. Your order was placed on Friday, 14th March and delivered on Tuesday, 25th March — just two working days later, which is a relatively quick turnaround in our industry. You then contacted us on Friday, 28th March to let us know there was an issue with the clips you received.
As soon as we were made aware, we offered two options to resolve the matter as quickly as possible: either a full refund or replacement clips sent via next-day delivery. I completely understand that the situation caused inconvenience, and while we truly wanted to help, we weren’t able to meet the alternative solution you proposed — covering £600 in builder costs or purchasing clips locally for £180.
We always aim to provide a positive experience for our customers, and I’m sorry this situation didn’t meet those expectations. If there’s anything further we can do, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’d be more than happy to assist.
