I bought the palermo jacket because I liked the leather collar detail. It fits well over a plain tee and makes a simple outfit look more put together.

The ronda mules are easy to slip on and feel more polished than regular house sandals. I bought them for everyday wear but I’ve ended up wearing them out quite often too.

I ordered 2 items online. Paid by credit card. The card was immediately charged. The confirmation email said to expect 3-5 days wait for delivery. I got no further communication from Arthur hendon for a full month. When I tracked the delivery, it stated that the items were delivered. When I called customer service I was told to “look around” the outside areas of my house, and to check with neighbors. I reported back that nothing had turned up. I was then directed to visit my post office with the tracking number. When I did that, they had no information about a delivery. Also I was told that after a week past the reported “delivery date”, the package would have been returned to the sender. Finally, I filed a dispute of the charge with my credit card company. The customer service rep. at Arthur hendon noted that this dispute had come to their attention, and were no longer going to try to locate my items. Stay away from this company. When they make an error in delivery, they avoid responsibility and asked me to do the investigating. This is outrageous customer dis-service.

I wish I had visited this site before ever buying anything. They shipped me what appears to be a small size jacket when I ordered XXL. I say appeared because there was NO SIZE label in the jacket when it arrived. I would never send this back and pay the $50 shipping as they can't even send the proper size. I would NEVER buy anything from this store again. My guess from reading other reviews is this is a common business practice.

Overpriced garbage ! Website looks good and you would think that the shoes would come in a box nicely presented but no wrapped like a temu shoe and quality is appalling. Not recommended!

This shop is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Seriously don't buy from this company. It's been almost a month and I still have not received my order. The company can't give me any real info for when the order will arrive, or even where it is. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and they are still refusing. This is a total scam, don't ever buy.

The delivery was smooth and took about a week. I liked getting tracking updates because I always get nervous with online clothing orders.

Disgusting!!! They are thieves. POOR quality no refunds unless you pay more money to get it back

They shipped the wrong product. I ordered two of their Santorini shirts. Short sleeve, band collar, linen. They sent me two long sleeve, regular collar shirts made of something else all together. I asked for a refund and was offered 15% or I could ship the shirts back myself (for an estimated $50) and get a full refund. Not acceptable options.

While the website looks slick and inviting, the shirts I ordered were a poor quality and shipped directly from China. There are no tags on any of the shirts. Rather, it appears the tags were cut off of each of the shirts in advance so that they could not be returned. One of the shirts is fashioned more like a women’s blouse. This appears to be a scam - don’t fall for it like I did

The shoes were poor quality, shipping took two weeks, sizing was incorrect, the colors didn't match the website, and they had a chemical smell. And to return them to China (had no idea they were being shipped from China) would cost more than I paid. They did offer a partial refund of 15%. It's a total scam. I learned my lesson.

I ordered a pair of Hobibear Size 7 women's sandals, when they finally arrived they are a European size 40. in USA size 7 women's is a 38. the sandals are 2-3 inches too large for me to wear. Arthur Hendon wants to offer a 15 refund to keep the shoes. With some push back they offered a 25% refund and or I could at my expense send the shoes back. I t is a estimated cost of $40-$50 US dollars to return the $46 pair of sandals. The company sent me the wrong size!!! Bad Business!!!

The product received (underwear) was at least 2 sizes too small. The return policy was useless to me, because my choices were (a) 15% refund (almost nothing); (b) get another size product for free (I was already rejecting their largest size as too small); or (c), pay for return shipping to China for a full refund. The only positive thing I can say is customer service person was polite.

FRAUD ! Scam!! They seem legit initially with their apologetic customer support interactions and delayed shipping/ tracking story. They show bogus tracking and do not deliver. Had to dispute and inform credit card provider for a refund.

I picked the verona slip ons because I wanted something comfortable but still nice enough to wear outside the house. They feel light the sole has a soft bounce to it and they worked well for a full day of errands. Delivery took 7 days which was exactly what I expected.

I ordered a pair of waterproof rubber boots and the sizing was completely off. The size 13 boot was about 1" shorter from all of my size 13 shoes. The return process and cost for a $55 order is as much as the original purchase price because you have to ship back to China. And I know how complicated shipping to China is from a customs perspective. Needless to say I would never buy anything from this company. Beware!

The côte waffle weave co ord set is very comfortable for travel or relaxed weekends. It has a clean look without feeling like gym wear.

My package arrived in 10 days which matched what I expected. The items were folded nicely and nothing had that odd factory smell. The striped shirt has already gone into my regular rotation. I like that it feels casual but still decent enough to wear out.

I ordered Comino Orthopedic leather brown/cognac woven loafers in a size 11 W for $79. I received —20 days after buying — beige rubber garbage shoes that were 2 sizes too small and have no support. No branding. A sticker on the bottom with a 42 (size.) tracking was supposedly shipped from China but then drop shipped from Wisconsin.
