Absolutely love this glass art work by Banksy!. Ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived by the following Friday from Istanbul. I bought the largest one and it looks fantastic above my sofa..Excellent service and product, I will definitely be ordering more .

Yes, as others have stated, this is not a UK supplier. My order also came from Istanbul, but it arrived as stated.
I was taken by surprise that it wasn't coming from the UK. But that said, when it says shipping in several business days, it's fairly obvious that the stock won't be in the UK.
So, a negative aside, I ordered the 110x70 "Painted wood" item. It's stunning. The colours are vibrant and the image is as sharp as a knife.
I can't see a way to add a photo, otherwise, I would prove how good it is.
I am very happy with the service. No nasty surprises. And I am absolutely delighted with the picture.

Really annoyed these people trade as if a UK based company! They are not! My order has now been sat ina depot in Istanbul for a full week and not moved! Missed occasion the gift was for and no updates from the company! Avoid

Please be very careful with this company. I bought the trio piece called Painted Wood in the size 110 x 210cm. The quality of the glass was fabulous but the quality of the image behind it was extremely poor. It looked like someone had blown up a JPEG way beyond its resolution - it was fuzzy and unclear. The other size, which is 72 x 138cm might not be as bad.

Either way, when I spoke to customer services they just argued with me. They accused me of failing to read all the good reviews and argued with me that the image was okay and is checked before it leaves the factory. Whoever has looked at this piece and thought the image was clear or vibrant probably needs to find an alternative career. They then tried to suggest I was returning the piece because I'd changed my mind, which would have incured an additional restock fee, which I think is 10%. I had to forecefully remind them that I was returning the piece because it was not fit for purpose. I don't expect to find a customer service team to be so argumentative.

Eventually I managed to get a refund but I had to pay for the courier service back to them and this is where you should be most cautious. I could not get this piece insured. All the major couriers would not insure glass or artwork, which means I had to send a £459 package without insurance, which isn't ideal. Returning this piece cost me £50.

Do yourself a favour. Buy from a company where you can return it for free if the product is not satisfactory.

Placed an order after seeing an advertisement on FB on 14th July, website states 3-5 business days, on 18th I received an email saying the item was shipped (lie) and a link to the DHL tracking number, this said a note has been raised but they didn’t have the picture? Numerous emails (which don’t get responded to for days), still nothing by the 28th July, think it arrived the week after that. Awful company to deal with, art is sent from Turkey, it’s ok, average at best, colour is fine but I don’t think the imagine is as defined as advertised, wouldn’t deal with them again. Buyer beware!
