The company’s persistence in getting…
The company’s persistence in getting the product right and correctly installed. It was unfortunate that there was an immediate need for service following an installation issue, but the company got a tech out on the same day to remedy the problem.

An install well done.
The install was prompt, The technician who did it was very competent and courteous, and the job he did was very well done. We are discovering new and pleasing things about our lift chairs as we use them, which is considerable. Great experience all the way around!
The whole process was very simple. We went and tried the chairs and Todd was good and pointing out advantages and disadvantages to the “add-ons” and also for the type of chairs. They came out and measured and we were able to get the chair installed 3 days after moving into condo. My mother-in-law loves it.

Professionalism
The estimate person was right on time, and he answered all my questions, and left me the information. The installation team was on time, and when he began installing the chairs power supply at the bottom of the stairs I asked him if he could move it to the top of the stairs, and he was very accommodating having no problem doing that. The installation was very professional.
