The quality of their product is nothing…

The quality of their product is nothing like advertised and their return shipping is the price of the bag so you’re basically stuck with a bag you’ll never use. Do not buy their product.

I would buy again

I thought I got scammed at first. Saw an Instagram influencer with the bag and she gave me a discount code. Ordered from Canada. It took 22 days to arrive. The tracking was accurate. It came packages in a plastic bag but the Jellykin bag was perfect! Leather straps and leather detailing. The bag is beautiful!

This company is a fraud, unhappy customer

This company is a fraud, the products they sale of JUNK, I order Oct 28, 2025 a handbag from them through the tiktok got the product Nov 10. The handbag was not to my expectation and I have ongoing email with their customer services that is completely BS. Do not buy their product.

zero stars. I did not receive my order that I placed on 10/04/2025, and they refuse to refund me. Their repeated response is to contact the carrier directly, which is Cainiao (which I have, and they do not respond). They do not care about their customers, only about the revenue they are making. I am out $100.

Product looks tacky but worse though…

Product looks tacky but worse though they advertise a return policy the reality is that the cost to ship back is prohibitive by their own admission. Either a hoax or just not ready to be selling products in the US

I ordered the navy solid colored…

I ordered the navy solid colored boatkin it came in a purple blue color not even close to navy. I was devastated after waiting so long. I did eventually get my money back after threatening to go to my bank. They refunded it but they didn’t want to. Just don’t advertise for sale a color you don’t have that blue was not even close to Navy. So if you want a true Navy don’t order from this company!!

Trash Jellykin bag

I ordered a Jellykin bag on 5-Oct-2025, they shipped the product to me(I live in Hong Kong) from China(not from US) with a cheap quality bag and arrived on 22-Oct-2025.
I want to have return and refund, they said I need to ship to US as they do not have a warehouse in my country. The cost of shipping to US is ridiculously high nearly the amount of the bag and so it is impossible to ship to US from HK.
I said their website clearly stated that returns are only accepted to Hong Kong warehouse. Then they deleted Hong Kong from their website and requested me to return to China.
After returning the bag to China, I got my full refund successfully on 10-Dec-2025. It took me around 50 e-mails to deal with the refund.

Worst shopping experience ever.

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product and Poor Quality

I ordered a bag from Arovya and was shocked at what I received. The color is nothing like what was pictured — it’s completely off — and the white stitching is coming apart and uneven. The quality is terrible for the price I paid.

When I reached out to customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this experience felt like a complete scam.

I requested a partial refund due to the poor workmanship and false advertising, but I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution.

Save your money and avoid this company. What they deliver looks nothing like what they advertise, and the quality control is nonexistent.

If I could give this company a NO star…

If I could give this company a NO star I would. It's a scam. My bag was delivered to the wrong address and the company won't do anything. Disputed the order as NOT RECEIVED with my cc. Don't waste your time and money.

Poor customer service.

The bag they shipped is poorly crafted. Seams unfinished. When you try to return, the excuse is they have not return warehouse in the U.S. so the return shipping will be excessive. If you say you don't care, they'll counter with you can keep the product and they'll refund a portion of what you've paid. Waste of time to engage with this vendor.
