Thank you so much to the Arka team! I love that I can order in small quantities thanks to low MOQs. My favorite is the design studio where I can see my design in real time in a 3D view. I also appreciate the superb customer service and attention to detail and quality of the design team and my designer Arul. He truly is so kind and patient with me. Thank you, Arka! You've been great as I prepare to launch my small (hopefully, one day big) business.

We've really enjoyed working with ARKA so far to craft high-quality, price-competitive packaging for our small business. We also appreciate their print proofing process, attention to detail and quick customer service.

The team at Arka is such a delight. They are quick to respond both on email and on the phone and when there are challenges in distribution that are proactive problem solvers. Our company wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

My initial order and my re-order went perfectly. Customer Service was great and exactly what I ordered is what I received.

The first thing that stood out to me about Arka was the fact that they are based about an hour from my home-based business, and produce their mailer boxes with inserts, here in the U.S. As a new small business owner, though my vision is big, we're just starting out and I realized that I shouldn't overwhelm myself with large order quantity vendors. Arka's a great fit for my business given this. They're aren't as many printing options as other packaging companies, but for a new small business who needs mindfully priced mailer boxes for our e-commerce brand, their mailer boxes with inserts get the job done. Overall, I'm happy with how user-friendly their self-service website is, with the opportunity to upload my design and visualize it in their online studio (mailer box only option). I also appreciate their hands-on customer service and design approval process which connects me directly to the design team to ensure my boxes are exactly what I have in mind. The only thing I noticed lately, as of this year, is that the shipping has taken longer than usual. I estimated about 2-3 weeks to receive my boxes, and didn't receive them until after about 30 days. That was disheartening as I will need to reorder immediately to ensure I have enough boxes going forward. Otherwise, thank you, Arka, for being a great resource and packaging vendor for small businesses!

I have happy purchased countless times through Arka but this last order was very disappointing and frankly upsetting.

I purchased two different size boxes. One set came first and I could tell the clarity, color, and overall appearance was off the second I opened the box. Many boxes also had jagged sides where it looked as if the cutter chewed them up. I messaged the company and was only given replacements for the jagged boxes because “I only purchased a quantity of five hundred and that’s the quality I should expect for such a low amount. If I wanted better quality, I should’ve bought more.” I have been a faithful customer for years and to hear that was extremely disappointing. Smaller customers such as myself are the foundation to any business. And again, I have purchased lower and higher quantities and never had a problem with the boxes.

The second size came and they weren’t much better than the others and also came with what I can only describe as ink confetti on the boxes. I had to give the all a wipe down because they left my counter and fingers a mess which isn’t ideal when I plan to put chocolates in the boxes. I didn’t mention this to the company because I was dismissed the last time as being unworthy of quality.

I will also mention that the wait times for getting your product after paying are atrocious, you need to purchase months in advance because if not, you won’t get them on time.

Update - I received it. It was late by almost 2 weeks, but not passed the event date.
Zero stars. Estimated Delivery Date was last week and I still haven't gotten a response from Arka. I don't even know if it's printed.
I placed my order after Arka's assurance that we would receive our order in time. I rushed to get in the artwork so that the job would still get into the batch for print that week. After a week I contacted Arka just to make sure that everything is on schedule and I was told that it's all good. Another week passed, the estimated delivery date, and was told that unfortunately they didn't even print it yet and will only print it in another 2 weeks from now, which is after our event. I tried following up today but all attempts were ignored. Something is fishy. If I hear from them and they make it right I will update review. Meanwhile it is zero stars and I don't recommend Arka.

Not worth the cost. We were looking for a nice box to hold our client welcome gifts. The box was so poorly constructed. I would be so embarrassed to this to anyone.

These guys took incredible care of me. Even giving me design tips for best print quality. Boxes for my product came out exceptional!

Support was great in the planning and submission process. Templates were amazing, uploading and tweaking the design were easy. Proof was returned lightening fast once I submitted my order. Printed exactly like my proof with great quality coloring.
things to improve: Way too many emails, every time I even clicked back on their site I got another one.
Delivery took much longer than I anticipated - glad I planned way in advance.
My box was 1.25 in longer than requested once constructed, where the other dimensions were only 0.25 inches longer than requested. So I was left with an inch of extra space to fill inside and postage increased.

Fantastic experience with Arka. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and the sample quality exceeded my expectations.

Incredibly helpful and always there to get the order right will order again from them.

Well crafted responses to my questions. Process for custom packaging was laid out well with no confusion. They were happy to make slight changes after i got the first prototype. Delivery was easy and on time. Pricing was fair and upfront.

Arka's online templates make it easy and FUN to design my own SUSTAINABLE packaging. The quality is excellent and I am pleased to have found this company to work with.

Box quality is fantastic. Customer service is SLOW and not available every day which is a little frustrating.

As a small business, I'm just one person juggling many hats. So, that means I have to be my own graphic designer when I'm not in fact a graphic designer. What drew me to Arka was that sturdy cardboard box that when folded, it has that thick structure for security.
I make jewelry and was not interested in other companies with their 10 different sizes, I just wanted a custom "one size fits all" and even that was a challenge as most jewelry box companies are limited in single larger sizes.

Arka has changed the game! I was mind blown with their DIY online 3D models. It took some time to get used to, but I think it keeps costs down making Arka affordable. In my opinion, you are your own designer, so have fun with it.

My only concern is that when my custom boxes arrived, the spottiness of the cardboard is more noticeable on lighter colors. I have an off-white color background. It's not a big issue for me as my brand goes for that rustic nature look, it's just a heads up to anyone reading this. I'll notice it, but my friends, family, and customers just love what Arka has made for me and I've been telling them and all my art friends if they need to step up or add a personal touch to their packaging game, Arka is where to go.
