A couple of days before my custom printed coffee bags were due to arrive, I requested an update because I hadn't received shipping details. It took 3 days for someone to get back to me, and I was told a new ETA and corrected that it was still within the timeframe - which it wasn't. Two weeks ago I received an email to say the bags are ready and have been handed to the courier, but I didn't get shipping details. Since then I've been trying to follow up, but the only response I got was that they will check for me. It's been 5 days since they responded last and now I don't even get a response anymore. I spent thousands of dollars, had to cancel my tv ad and photo shoot, and still no response from noissue. No phone number to call, no escalation process or account manager getting in touch, nothing. So disappointing for a kiwi company, I'm almost out of my current bags and will have to claim business losses as well.

I would recommend you shop elsewhere. I was sent the wrong hot cup size, even after specifying countless times in emails, and then, instead of making it right, they offered a discount for the wrong size cups and I had to PURCHASE a full order qty of the correct size I ordered in the first place. The cold cup lids all broke after being placed on a cup, either immediately, or after 5 minutes which left customers with coffee on their shirts. Spend your money elsewhere.
