Very collaborative!!!

Great experience working with noissue. Their team was very collaborative, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect before printing. I truly appreciated their support throughout the process.

The bags look great and arrived faster than any other option I had available.

The customer experience was very good through email but I would like to have had a chance to speak to someone along the way - but the end result was fantastic.

They were easy to work with and was pleasant even in all of my requests. Hopefully the print comes out well as this is my first order with NoIssue. Will post an update after the package arrives. Thank you.

Weeks of Delay and still no Updates or Accountability from the support team

A couple of days before my custom printed coffee bags were due to arrive, I requested an update because I hadn't received shipping details. It took 3 days for someone to get back to me, and I was told a new ETA and corrected that it was still within the timeframe - which it wasn't. Two weeks ago I received an email to say the bags are ready and have been handed to the courier, but I didn't get shipping details. Since then I've been trying to follow up, but the only response I got was that they will check for me. It's been 5 days since they responded last and now I don't even get a response anymore. I spent thousands of dollars, had to cancel my tv ad and photo shoot, and still no response from noissue. No phone number to call, no escalation process or account manager getting in touch, nothing. So disappointing for a kiwi company, I'm almost out of my current bags and will have to claim business losses as well.

Excellent service and quality

Service was quick and efficient. Super helpful and friendly customer service. The work is beautiful and the printing is exactly what we wanted. Love the boxes-they have received so many compliments...will order again!

I would recommend you shop elsewhere

I would recommend you shop elsewhere. I was sent the wrong hot cup size, even after specifying countless times in emails, and then, instead of making it right, they offered a discount for the wrong size cups and I had to PURCHASE a full order qty of the correct size I ordered in the first place. The cold cup lids all broke after being placed on a cup, either immediately, or after 5 minutes which left customers with coffee on their shirts. Spend your money elsewhere. See INV-8335-1 for our information, or ask Emma.
