The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Se mer

Wrong item sent.

When I placed my order with Ark I was allowed to purchase items that weren't actually available. I was emailed a few days later and given a refund for the items that would be missing from my order, which was a little irritating because I had ordered them for a specific occasion and did not have enough time to look for a replacement.
When my package arrived, however, I received the bomber jacket I ordered but in the wrong colour (I ordered black and received navy blue). Coincidentally, the navy blue version would have been cheaper to purchase. I payed more because I specifically wanted the black one and still did not receive it. I opened the package in the evening and so could not tell that I had received the wrong item in the artificial light and so took the tags off, excited to wear it that night. It was only the next day that I saw it was the wrong item.
What will you do to remedy this?

We aim to fulfil all our orders however sometimes we run out of stock, particularly during busy times like sales. Our website does not display stock in real time, hence the reason you can order items that turn out to be unavailable.

I have checked and we are currently out of stock of the bomber jacket in black. As the jacket you have has been worn, I have refunded the difference in price for the jacket in blue back onto your original payment method. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for this to show in your account.

Quick reliable service excellent!

Arrived within a few days, was sent a text to advise collection in store. Easy pick up item as advertised etc excellent service from ordering through to collection would definitely use again.

Order not complete

Something I ordered I really wanted for my daughter was paid for, and days later cancelled by them. I only made the order for this particular item which was a superdry jacket in their Black Friday deals, however I was refunded.

Ark is amazing!

I ordered a beautiful playsuit, which is gorgeous, it came very fast and everything was easy when ordering. I adore the clothing at Ark and of course i would recommend them to anyone, and their online service is perfect too! Thank you!!

Store delivery

I ordered some boots off your website to collect in store. It says estimated delivery with in 5 days, but has been 6 now. Also had no email or anything about my delivery, no despatch conformation?

Keep better tabs on your stock levels online. As I wasted money on next day delivery to not have the item I needed delivered. I feel you should also have a loyalty delivery option, like the 9.95 yearly asos premier delivery options.

Order arrived incorrectly

I ordered some boots in black and they unfortunately arrived in grey and sadly the fit of the boot wasn't too good either. For that reason, I returned them in store and instead of offering to swap the boots for the same discounted price (I ordered them on Black Friday) to the right colour (an offer I wouldn't have taken anyway because the size was so off) the staff member just took the boots off me and told me he couldn't refund me for the boots I'd ordered because they were not the boots on the order slip (because they arrived grey, ark's fault not my own). So basically I'm still waiting on my refund online which he gave no indication I would get anytime soon, and I feel a bit silly having to chase the company down for my own money that should ideally have been given to me on the day. Unimpressed.
