Es la segunda compra que realizo y desde luego no la última. Les comenté que mi pedido era para un regalo y tuvieron el detalle de preocuparse por el packaging de mi pedido.Llegó perfecto para regalar ¡Además me regalaron una bolsa de tela!

Las prendas son una pasada, la calidad es genial y el servicio de entrega es rápido y eficaz. Pero quiero destacar el servicio de devoluciones: han sido súper amables y rápidos. La chaqueta que compré era un regalo y no le valía a la persona para la que iba, me la cambiaron sin ningún problema aunque me había pasado unos días de la fecha límite.

The jacket looks even better than in the pictures, and it's really warm. It's good for winter. The colors and patterns look nice. Sadly pockets are not very functional. They are so small, that you can't hold any items such as a phone or wallet inside.

Calling it "vegan leather", seems like just a try to cover up, that the jacket is made from polyester, which is worse for the environment than using natural materials.

Wish there were more shipping options though.

Súper fácil, súper rápido, súper bonito. Buena calidad, igual que la imagen y siente súper bien. No es la primera compra ni será la última.

I really thought the shipping fee was ridiculous $61 plus $26 for duty and almost like I paid for 2 jackets. This is highway robbery. Not happy with this order at all.

The jacket was awesome and super warm. Fast delivery.
Only minus was that my jacket missed a button.

Edit: the customer service contacted me and gave me a generous refund. Amazing customer support!

I bought one of the famous Navajo Bomber jackets and i'm really disappointed. The sizing is really weird, the sleeves have an oversize fit but not the rest of the jacket, so that the proportions just look off. The sleeves are very long too and despite that i'm a size xs to s, i can hardly wear thicker clothes underneath the jacket and still be able to close it properly. I would like to have more "real" product pictures (e.g. with the jacket closed) than these pinterest-like photos. Also the jacket is really thin and lightweight and it looks warmer on the pictures than it is in real life, so i think it's more of a spring jacket. But the ordering process was all fine, shipping took just a week or even less, so at least you don't have to worry that you won't receive your product.

Very communicative, I had put in an order but spelled part of the address wrong and within a couple hours they had responded and not much long after the package was shipped. I received it within a few days and it looks exactly as described on the photos. Very nice Navajo jacket. One size, so if you’re x-large or higher in USA, it might not fit well; even with the oversized look there’s a cinching around the hips. Also sewed in a way that doesn’t leave your arms free to go straight up above your head and the wide sleeves make it difficult to use a backpack or tote bag- a big deal if you need more mobility, especially if picking up kids. I still love the look and fit and will keep in mind when is best to use it.

The Alaska Dark Navajo jacket is great quality and very beautiful. Looks just as it does in the photos. I had an issue with my order/shipping and Arizona Vintage was very quick to resolve it. Responses to email are fast considering the 8 hour time difference. Shipping was quick, ordered on a Friday and delivered in Canada the following Tuesday. Would recommend!

Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Erstmal fehlerhafte lieferung d.h. ein Artikel hat gefehlt dann Artikel retouniert und nicht gutgeschrieben. Auf bereits 3 Mail wird nicht geantwortet. Rechtlicher Weg ist der nächste schritt. Bitte seit vorsichtig!!!

I ordered to Slovakia. I was little bit worried about size but they were so kind and sent me pictures with measured jacket and answered all my questions before ordering. The shipping was super fast. 6 business days into foreign country. Jacket is warm and cosy. Looks good.
