Wonderful
Strict and a bit short at times. But by far one of the best fertility clinics in the world. I had my two kids thanks to doctor Sapna and the great devoted and caring team of ARGC.

They have just one course of treatment
They have just one course of treatment, anyone that doesn’t fit in their parameters is not treated and they don’t even give you alternatives or suggest you to seek other type of treatments.
While in treatment is like a boot camp, you are not treated with the care or compassion you would expect from doctors and nurses who you are paying thousands of pounds.
The volume of patients is more than they can handle and that causes constant mistakes. One has to be constantly on top of everything instead of having the peace of mind that they have everything under control.

worst clinic in the world
worst clinic in the world, I have been to a few. They treat you like a cash cow and literally do not give any level of care or attention to patients. Everyone gets the same treatment, no appointments, pushed for un essential add ones for more money which were not even explained. Changing room for embryo transfer doubled up as doctors, so walked in multiple times when changing by staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Success with endometriosis
After being diagnosed with endometriosis we needed a little extra help with our fertility journey and we couldn’t thank or recommend ARGC more for their hard work, dedication and expertise. We had success 2nd round with twin boys & we are forever thankful, the whole ARGC team is truly magnificent.

Highly recommend
They have the highest success rates for a reason. Treatment can be very intense at times and communication might not always be the best, but it's tailored for you exactly so you get the highest chance of having a baby. I'm in my 40's and only needed 1 cycle to get my little miracle.

I found the midwives/nurses so amazing
I found the midwives/nurses so amazing, they were friendly, kind, so empathetic. After my miscarriage, the nurse who was with me at the scan really looked after me, and checked on me every time she saw me at the clinic. The doctors were all amazing, I have no complaints. My frozen embryo transfer was successful (last frozen embryo left) and I have my beautiful little girl thanks to ARGC. I truly believe it wouldn’t have worked with another clinic, as Argc were so thorough with the daily blood tests. Definitely worth the extra money, but of course I was lucky also. Thanks ARGC !

The clinic didn’t follow patient’s wishes …
I had two rounds of IVF with this clinic. After the first failed attempt, I informed the consultant during my follow-up appointment that I wanted a day 5 embryo transfer for my next cycle. The consultant explained the associated risks, which I accepted, and we agreed to proceed with a day 5 transfer for the next attempt.
I remember receiving a phone call the day before egg retrieval, informing me that I needed to have an intralipid drip. Then, the day after the egg retrieval, I received another call from the embryologist, who told me that Dr. Taranissi had suggested proceeding with a day 2 embryo transfer instead. I was furious and expressed my frustration on the phone, as I had made it very clear that I wanted a day 5 transfer. The embryologist said he was unaware of this because it wasn’t noted anywhere.
This incident clearly highlighted the clinic’s poor note-taking or, possibly, that the consultant had not reviewed the notes before making a decision. This is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. I also couldn’t help but wonder if the intralipid IV was administered prematurely, based on an assumption that I would be having a day 2 transfer.

Medically very good but very poor customer experience.
Medically very good and some of the staff were very professional and friendly.
Extremely poor communication (even the basics such as correctly spelling names), conflicting advice and very difficult to understand overall process. Out-of-date consent forms, lack of response to quieries, unclear pricing, difficulty obtaining prescriptions and medication due to poor procedures and no single point of.contact so no continuity.

It was a very intense experience
It was a very intense experience. You have to be fully committed to completing the cycle with them.
However, we got the results we wanted plus one more! We were lucky enough to have twins! I completed two cycles with them and both time I got pregnant and gave birth to my amazing daughter and my incredible twin sons.
Having 4 other failed round with two other clinics I can see why they would never work. ARGC is very expensive but faild round after failed round is more expensive. Not to talk about the heartache. The program ARGC is not for everyone as it’s super intense and you can sometimes feel you are on a convayar belt. However I still believe this clinic is your best chance

I can’t rate ARGC highly enough. I went through 3 rounds of IVF/ICSI and they were constantly monitoring and tailoring everything to me. After each round, they explained what they had learned and could try differently in the following round. The whole team were always busy but willing to explain things. I felt very much that I was under expert care with the best chance of success.

We had a great experience at ARGC
We had a great experience at ARGC. All the advice and treatment given was tailored to our case and the most effective plan was put in place. The nurses were incredibly kind and helpful throughout and they made a stressful experience better through their kindness. Although my body didn’t respond as well to the treatment as hoped, I have no doubt that the reason our little boy has made it to world is because of ARGC and their treatment. Throughout the whole experience it felt like they were really experts in their field and cared about us having hr best possible chance to conceive.

Just avoid
Simply a negative experience through and through. Communication and environment are terrible, egg collection room looks very dodgy and not hygenic, getting information during scans is impossible- they almost can’t be bothered to talk to you, arrogance and entitlement of the doctors starting with Dr Taranissi is unbelievable.. Such high cost for such poor experience and results. It simply is not worth it. Although they have the reputation of ‘delivering results’ I think it is either an old or exaggerated story… Noone was able to provide any data.. Don’t waste your time and money and think that the clinic being on Harley St makes it good.
