I have purchased a new Hot Tub
I have purchased a new Hot Tub. The communication to find out where it is, when it is due to arrive etc is non existent
I received the emails for purchases of the item.
Then an email to "track" my purchase, but it does not work. I have spent most of yesterday looking for info on how to contact them.
The only number.. "London" apparently. Is a German answer phone. The email address i have sent all the relevert info to, i have had no reply as yet.
How can i arrange some 1 to contact me about this. I have no idea and run out of ideas
