Reached out to the Arcina Ori team for help on an item I had purchased, they went above and beyond to help me sort my issue when they didn't have a requirement to. Jaimee was amazing and I'm so happy with their willingness to help, will be purchasing from them again

My niece bought the gorgeous Arabella dress in beige for her reception gown. Jaimee, from customer care, was very kind enough to give her an extension on the return window so she could buy the same dress in 2 sizes, and return the one that didn’t fit as well as the other. We were very appreciative of this opportunity. Both customer service and dress quality were second to none!

While the dress purchased was not suitable [unfortunately.] Jaimee was very helpful to help arrange the return, and refund.

AO accidentally oversold me a dress, and Jaimee quickly arranged a store credit with no hassle. When I reordered and needed to return it again, she was just as helpful and responsive. I'll be purchasing as soon as the dress is restocked. Amazing customer service - she’s the reason I’ll keep shopping here! Cheers to her and the amazing support she provides. x

I received my dresses very quick, and they are beautiful, more beautiful than I expected. The communication with the team was excellent and I will definitely buy again

I ordered the Paloma dress and I am genuinely very satisfied with it. The fabric is thick and high-quality, and the cut is very flattering.

However, I would recommend paying close attention to the size chart, as I found it a bit misleading. After taking my exact measurements, a size M seemed perfect, but when it arrived, I couldn’t even zip it up. I had to exchange it for a size L, which fits me perfectly.

Aside from this small issue, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from them again in the future.

The dress itself is beautiful exactly as expected. I am on the shorter side, so it is a little long and I’m having it altered, but the fabric feels thick and high quality. The fit is flattering and really complements my figure. Overall, such a positive experience from customer care through to the final product.

I have just ordered the paloma dress to be shipped to Luxembourg. The process of ordering has been flawless. The size I ordered was out of stock and Jaimee and team have managed to have one from their warehouse which they are going to custom fit. Jaimee has been of a great help.
I'm confident the the end process will be as good.

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered a dress and when it came it was a size too small so I immediately returned it. I had the dress on for 2 minutes and then took it off immediately. The company claimed that when they received the dress back it was covered in dog hair and they wouldn’t refund my money. Only offered to send the dress back to me if I’d pay for shipping. I had the dress for less than 12 hours as it was returned next day and only tried it on. Company claimed it was damaged and kept my $540! Buyers beware when returning. Take the extra time to run a lint brush over the item and make sure there are no stray hairs or they won’t refund your money or just don’t purchase from them at all. They’re overpriced for the quality and they don’t actually accept returns even though they claim to.

I’ve had such a great experience over the past few months. The team has been super, super helpful and always incredibly responsive via email, which has made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
A special thank you to Jaimee- she has been absolutely amazing, so kind, helpful and proactive throughout. I honestly couldn’t recommend their customer service highly enough.
On top of that, I absolutely love their garments- beautiful quality and timeless designs. Highly recommend!

It is insane that I had to pay 60.- for shipping and taxes to Switzerland and 140£ if to the UK. Additionally, if you want to return your item you have to pay the shipping fees to Australia yourself (approx. 70.-) and Arcina Ori charges 20$ for handling fees, for what reason? That is 150.- that I loose just because the fit and quality was so bad for a 280.- dress. Really disappointed. Never purchasing again..

Amazing refund experience!
Unfortunately my dress was too small and returning the dress was so simple to get a refund. Jamiee was so helpful and lovely to make sure I was able to return the dress even though I was a day late for returns.

Jamiee made purchase experience seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase the correct size and assisted with the return of the gown that wasn’t the right fit. The product quality exceeds that of the fair price and customer service.

Although I have not received the dress, so can’t really speak for quality yet, I need to point out the excellent customer service. Jaime was outstanding and went above and beyond in helping me when I first reached out about my recently placed order. I received a prompt response (within 10 min) and always showed caring and support with my delivery concerns. Very satisfied with the service. If you have a concern, you will not be ghosted even after you have already placed an order. They have real people like Jaimee ready to provide support.

Jaimee and the team went above and beyond for me to source a last minute tip that was sold out. They were so lovely and efficient in getting back to me and keeping me in the loop. They really exceeded in their service to me! Can’t wait to wear the set now! Thank you again to the team at Arcina Ori!

Ridiculously bad quality and absurd shipping cost. The ‘Avery’ dress is complete polyester crap, feels just like a PLT dress for £266 pounds not to mention the £145 shipping (when it says £25 worldwide shipping on the website). Not only that the sizing of the dress is terrible if your remotely slim be prepared for it to look like a big black polyester sack.
