I had a great experience with customer service when dealing with a lost order. Lucy G. was sincere, apologetic, and immediately took steps to resolve the issue. She arranged a replacement right away and followed up to make sure everything was received. I really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful support.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a two piece set I was planning to wear to my rehearsal dinner. It took forever to get to me, didn’t fit me so I returned for a smaller size. They then emailed me saying that the top I ordered and paid for was out of stock (even though it was still listed on their website) and they cancelled the top. so I said okay please just cancel my order I don’t need just the skirt. They still sent me the skirt while I was traveling for work, then I missed the return window, which is very short probably because tons of people return their poor quality items. I emailed explaining the situation saying it was supposed to be cancelled and asking if I could please return it (I was 1 day late) and they told me “it would not be fair to others” if they allowed me to return it. Do not buy from this website, revolve has excellent customer service and has made everything right when I have had an issue.
Lost return issue
I had an issue with a lost return so I emailed because of Alice support and I got a quick response back within the same day. I have emailed often in the past and I always receive a very quick and helpful response. This time I got through to Lucy she was very kind and friendly to talk to and she solved my problem straight away - thank you!

Awful - item I purchased 3 months again but hadnt worn clearly faulty - I emailed showing tag still attached but a tear from whe I tried it on (along the seam then the fabric) and they did't even try and retain me as a consumer their reply was '

I am terribly sorry to hear about the issue with your item! In terms of exchanging or refunding the item, our products do have a 30-day returns/warranty period. After this date has passed, we are unable to refund or replace the item.
If an item is faulty within 30 days of receiving the item we deem this a fault with the manufacturing of the item. After this period has passed we can not replace or refund the item.

UK consumer rights, is the item can be proved faulty in the first 6 months then a replacement should be provided.

Have bought from here a few times over the years and had no issues until recently. I tried to order a dress and it was repeatedly being cancelled saying that I’ve done too many returns with them. I have placed 3 orders over four years and only returned one item which was the lowest value of the three. I assumed this would be easily cleared up but received a response from a Lucy G sticking by their decision. I asked what else I have returned aside from one item last year and have had no response. Honestly very baffled and insulted, apparently they have no issue losing business from good customers!

Emailed in immediately and first thing the morning I was contacted by a lady named Lucy who offered apologies and asked if I could upload photographs to show her.
(I was quite pushy if I'm honest as we really needed the dress)
Lucy was polite, professional and prompt in her responses.
Within 24 hours of my email a replacement dress was on its way from Because of Alice.
