I really appreciate it, the prices are 2 times lower than the real sites (it's normal because it's second hand) but the jacket i ordered is in really good conditions, and the little defaults are told... Se mer

Hi Nikolai, I am really sorry you are not happy with your order, If there is any problem at all it is best to contact us so we can try rectify any issues for you. You have left a 2 star review without giving us the chance to help you in any way which I feel is slightly unfair as we will always go above and beyond to help our customers.

All of our items are professionally laundered so it seems strange to me that the item would smell? I would really love for you to drop us an email so we can get this sorted ASAP as I do not want you to be unhappy with your order

First time buying from Archive89

First time buying from Archive89 and was hugely impressed!
The piece arrived exactly as shown & described on the website. Buying process was easy, and shipping costs were reasonable. Purchase arrived in very quick time and the way it was packaged was a really nice touch. I’ll definitely be buying again.

As for the sizing the jacket is an Italian size 52 which is an XL, we also include measurements in the description to ensure you have the best idea of sizing before purchasing as size tags tend to vary quite a bit from piece to piece and across different brands.

Description not accurate …

The description did not state anything about the zipper being broken. That’s a $50 repair. I would like a credit of my purchase.

Hello Johanne, please can you email returns so we can get this rectified for you. I have checked the photos we have on file and cannot see any damage zippers, if the item has been damaged in transit then we can put in a claim with the shipping company. I do think it’s slightly unfair to give a 2 star review without giving us the chance to rectify the problem for you first.
