Arcade Mania Omdömen 

After ordering my machine and paying the money in full they started to build my cabinet. All looked good until it arrived, it boasts 8000 games but there are so many duplicates and triplicates and more just slightly changing the names! The menu is unusable and your favourite games once found cannot be saved which I was under the impression that you could save them! You then come to Looking for the retro arcade games! Well a lot don’t work properly, some crash with the audio which you can’t do anything about, and again the rubbish menu means the games you search for do not come up on the search screen because they are not named that on the menu, which means you have to scroll through screen after screen and spend so much time looking for it you get fed up looking, and if you do actually succeed finding it you cannot save it!
When I rang arcade mania to complain he didn’t seem interested, he told me the manager would call me back but yet to receive this call back! Obviously got my money now so don’t care!
I would avoid buying anything from this company! A serious amount of money for a pretty unusable machine

I had the best customer service with this company. DHL really messed up with delivery including damaging the stand in transit, nothing was too much trouble to sort out and everything was done quickly and effectively. Plus the arcade machine is absolutely brilliant, we are enjoying it very much! Thank you Hussein 🙌

Only one weakness is maybe the sound quality, there is a bit of noise and it does not come from the audio ( amps+ speakers) as I have tested it with external powered speakers and there is the same noise,

From the minute I ordered online, phone call next day to confirm the order and delivery date which was earlier than said, apart from a hiccup from DHL so arrived a couple of days later due to it being a weekend,sevice was excellent, so helpful and the machine is awesome. Takes me back to my youth playing these games in the arcade or the local chip shop. Would totally recommend. Good quality and a sturdy build. Well worth the money.

Gave this company 5* as they dealt with anything that I asked them to do in my design. Communication was top class and they took pictures throughout my build and sent them to me and asked if I was happy so far.

I recently purchased a mega arcade machine from Arcade Mania. I had done a lot of research on this over a number of years so I had an idea of what was possible and what I wanted. Once I got in touch with Arcade Mania the process was really smooth. The customer service was really excellent and I was kept up to date with how the machine build was going. Their Instagram page was really helpful because they update it quite often so you can really see how things look when it comes to the customisation of the machine from button choice to cabinet graphics. I would recommend this team for anyone looking to buy one of these machines.

This was such a great purchase. My husband and kids love it. It arrived really quickly and was easy to put together. The customer service was brilliant, I got a couple of calls to check the order and then to let me know it was on its way. Thought they were brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Communication was ace throughout. The machine was delivered and exceeded expectations. It was easy to assemble and we will be sending pictures once we open our shop.

What can I say ? The attention to detail by arcade mania is quite simply outstanding ! I was told about all products available to me before making my choice of build. If building arcade machines was an Olympic sport they would win gold !! The personalisation service is second to none making it that wee bit more special. To sum it up - if you want a machine built then look no further as I had looked at other companies and arcade mania were the best. Quick turnaround time and posted out with DHL ( all included in the price )

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
Made an enquiry on Friday about the different machines available and spoke to a lovely guy named Hussein who talked me through everything. Order placed later that day and by today (Wednesday) it’s in my living room. Hussein sent me loads of pics during the build and kept me updated with delivery. The machine itself is incredible. I’ve had a few arcade machines over the years but nothing comes close to the build of this one. Thanks to the Arcade Mania team, especially Hussein.

Absolutely amazing Arcade Machine from Arcade Mania. I’m literally in love with it and cannot thank the guys enough. Excellent service though out the very quick process, even replying to my questions at 10pm 😳! They sent me the design over in double quick time and kept me informed all the way through. I went with the Mario vs Sonic theme and had it personalised with my kids names on with LED controls! It really doesn’t disappoint! Games list is fantastic, feel of the controls are superb, I can see absolutely years of fun with this in the new ManCave for me and the kids for many a year! All in an excellent purchase and really really happy! Thank you guys!
