Okay so let's get started, Arbour is good however it could be improved a lot. I love that you can see merits, attendance, your subjects, timetables and what teachers you have. However what I don't get is why the student arbour doesn't show the child what they get demerits for or positive incidents. I get the whole food situation for the parents but it would be good for the students to see negative, positive incidents, how much money they have for food and such. Linking back to the beginning, good but needs improvement. Maybe if they change these things I would go to 5 star, they definately need it

Useless App - impossible to log on - they know about the problem and yet do nothing to resolve the issue.
About time schools scrapped their links to Arbor and chose a more reliable method of payments

as a student using arbour this app is absolutely terrible, when the teachers set me homework I can never swipe it off so it sits in the overdue section. its confusing and difficult to use. we had recently transferred from class charts to arbour, I would recommend not investing your money into arbour and instead put your money into class charts.

i dont know why my school uses this, its is so poor. the website takes ages to load, on phones it takes 5 mins. it is always glitching, password is always wrong even though i double check thats its the right one.

Absolutely shocking app. Logged me out randomly. Saved password doesn't work. Requested a password reset, never got an email. Literally stuck. Crap crap crap.

Horrible for students never loads your timetable never works i think on avarage i need to put my password in atleast 4 times for it to log me in and overall i hate the app and this is 100% not because of any thing the teachers are doing on there like negitives this is because the app never works and has made me late loads to my lessons because it decides to tell me i have no lessons that day and randomly it decides to say i have been late 70% of the time and my attendance is 20% wich it is not.

It is poorly designed especially if you have more than one child and more than one child in more than one school

Really poor. Incredibly clunky for trying to book childcare. Why so many options, past dates etc? Completely unnecessary and a total headache. Terribly designed software. Unsure why any school would opt to move to Arbor when there are ONLY negative reviews of the app online

I am a parent , I have 2 children at 2 schools , both using Arbor.

Arbor Parent App is very poor at supporting multiple schools. Arbor Help pages in fact says it can't be done. (After an hour or so of experimenting I did find a way)

Arbor refuse to deal with parents ... all the App bug reporting and general help overhead is put on schools.

I dread to think how much tax money schools are paying to this company.

i have been using arbor for about 1 year now in school. i can whole-heartedly say this is probably worse than the introduction of sparx maths. i don't understand how an app can be so slow??? the apps requires so much problem solving to do something i could have done in 5 seconds on class charts. i get logged out every 2 weeks for zero reason and there is always something going wrong with the app. at one point i cant see my homework, next i can't check the app as a whole, because of one stupid terms of services glitch not letting my click accept. Would rather go the rest of my school years remembering everything instead of using this app. If i could give a rating worse than 1 star, i wouldn't think twice.

The worst piece of software I have ever used. I can't log in because the drop down list of schools doesn't appear. My son (and various friends) can't log in because it asks him to change his password which he can't do. Two days back at school after the summer and he has already had two teachers so they can't use Arbor because it won't let them log in. How did anyone ever conclude that Arbor was ready to go to market and why on earth are schools choosing to use such dreadful software (in the case of my daughter's school, to replace a system that worked well)? This system will literally bring schools to a standstill, utter garbage.

Awful. The app asks for a new password, but doesn't integrate properly with Apple's password manager, so it won't enter the previous password. I can't possibly remember a password that I have to change every 180 days, so I have used a suggested password. Unfortunately, that doesn't fill in automatically and has to be copied and pasted from the separate passwords app. Then it won't come up with an automatic suggestion when redoing.

The worst experience ever
I can only assume the rather snotty developers of this app are related to people in high places. This app and website is a disgrace and actually a downgrade on the previous system - SchoolMoney which was woeful.
I cannot even see my balance - have they just taken my money? Or are they happily earning interest on it? Who knows.

Arbor is by far the worst school app I have encountered. It is confusing and consistently makes errors. Messages from the school do not come through properly and it messes up simple things such as timetables and attendance. Overall very unpleasant.

Possibly the worst app I have ever used. Logging in is painful, switching between children at different schools is excruciatingly arduous. I presume the schools using this software are given it free as some sort of Alpha testing. It need a LOT of improvement.

Constant login issues make using the Arbour app an unnecessarily arduous process.

It’s irritating enough being relentlessly harassed by school notifications day and night; apparently, Sundays are fair game too, but alas, I do try to keep up.

Unfortunately, the constant login problems and truly appalling layout turn what should be a simple task into an exercise in endurance. Finding anything feels unnecessarily difficult, and by the time I’ve finally managed to log in and navigate to whatever I was summoned for, I’ve generally lost the will to live.

Frankly, I’d rather spend an hour lying in a bed of nettles. At least the nettles wouldn’t ask me to log in again.

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever been FORCED to use.

Wrap around car through it and doesn’t reduce invoices

Logs you out when it feels like it to fight to reset yoru password to get back in.

Clunky, arduous and stressful on all levels such a shambles of an app!
