Terrible experience waste of money pls don’t purchase!
Bought a £250 bottle perfume only for the spray top of the bottle to fall off everytime I wanted to use it, excessive perfume comes out of it
Went to the store 2 times no help from staff they are totally clueless , no one authorised to do an exchange
Contacted customer services direct no reply!? This is soo terrible no communication whatsoever , all I wanted was an exchange didn’t even ask for a refund and I think for the price tag must have better customer care!
So So DISSAPOINTED! Never again! In the meantime will try and do a charge back with the back maybe that way will get an answer 😏

My first buy from Arabian Oud was from their Istanbul store, I went in with my wife to fund my signature fragrance, I wanted a Oud, musk intense projection long lasting so very quickly I was presented with Tinder Musk, .. and immediately loved this luxurious fragrance, I was done and my wife chose Majesty in an incredible bottle again it was a unisex fragrance lots of Oud and was absolutely incredible smell.
So fast forward in Life ndin.i purchased 2 more again I purchased another Tinder Musk and Arabian Knight fragrance. I tried many more but came back to my original favourite.. I recently used it in Sweden and I absolutely got swamped by beautiful young ladies wanting to talk to me they immediately asked what is the fragrance you use it smells incredible I told them in Arabian Oud so the next 4 hrs I went to an open air party and had an incredible evening with 6 stunning Swedish beauties and after we all went to a restaurant I now have 6 beautiful girl friends who love hanging out on the weekends with me .. Arabian Oud has turned me into a magnet give me a hug .. sure.. go try Tinder Musk from Arabian Oud and get heaps of compliments.. 👍👍👍😆🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪😍😍😍

I went to recieve a sample in London(Westfield) of new perfume Elle and my coupon number didn’t work .Also for a moment I just thought they don’t want to give me anything for free. But In order to for me to actually understand if this perfume suits me ,I would like to try it out .
Very disappointed

Initially went in there searching for something for my fathers birthday the next day, staff were very helpful and welcoming. When I found the scent I knew was right for him, I went to pay and they accidentally refunded instead of charged me the price of the oud, I understand accidents happen. So then I paid the price again and would get the refund in 2 days. It then took them multiple phone calls and a lot of waiting (approximately 10-15 minutes) for them to figure out how to work the machine. All of this wouldn’t have been so bad, however upon leaving, my box is in absolutely shocking condition for the price I paid for the oud. There are scratches and dents all over the box and I am now meant to gift this to someone. I think this is astonishing service considering there were (although minor) inconveniences. Other people will pay the same price for oud and receive it in a terrible condition.

Arabian Oud offers quick delivery and a well-designed website, but my experience was mixed. Some fragrances lacked lasting quality, and I had issues with refunds and customer service. While the brand has positive aspects, I expected more consistency. Overall, it's an average experience that didn’t fully meet my expectations.

Bottle arrived half empty and leaking everywhere. If I receive a fair resolution I will delete this. Very upsetting!

Help,my order is either lost by DHL or they never got it ,either way ,cannot phone Arabian Oud,not responding to emails ,lot of money taken from me and other reviews not giving me much hope .

Nou wat een arrogantie van de dames. Wilde 1 parfum proberen. De dame die weg liep gaf onderweg instructies hoe ik het fles uit de open verpakking kon halen om op een strookje te sprayen. En weg was ze. De andere dame die had er geen zin en was reactief vragen aan het beantwoorden. Wat een aanfluiting zeg deze zaak waar een flesje parfum gauw over de 100 euro kost. Was verre van professioneel, amateurisme ten top. Een heeeeeeel lange weg te gaan deze dames

I have been a customer for many year and I have bought multiple perfumes from this brand over the years for personal use but also for presents. My favourite perfume is Solid which I probably have for the last 10 years. Last time I have bought 2 of these perfumes and around a month ago I opened the second one and saw it was defective and shared a picture straight away with their customer service. A few days later during a flight half of the perfume leaked and shared another picture with customer services.

They basically didn’t want to do anything because I didn’t have the receipt. I explained because I bought two of these perfumes a while ago I don’t have the receipt. I also said this is an exclusive product that can be bought only in their stores so there is no way I would have bought is from anywhere else. So basically after I have spent thousands of pounds buying their products the only time I referred to them for a defective product the didn’t care at all.

For these reasons I am giving them 2 starts because it’s not any about selling something is about caring about your customers. And the second reason is that if you are selling a product at a premium price you need to make sure the quality is premium too. Very disappointed by their response and I will stop buying from them as they have ruined it completely for me as a customer.

At Christmas my favorite perfume Sultani was on sale for 150 pounds for 200 ml.
I ordered it online and even recommended it to my friends.
However, I was very disappointed.
Since I have used this perfume before, I would say that it lasts on my clothes and body for at least a day or two... unfortunately, the one I ordered lasts exactly 10 minutes.

What a bad experience with online order.
I received two perfumes with open damaged boxes no cellophane around . No customer service at all. I bought two perfumes from the shop. Helpful staff and the boxes were seal. Avoid order online!!!

I purchased a £130 perfume from the Arabian Oud website, a product I have bought several times in the past. However, this time, when I received the parcel and unpacked it, I discovered that the perfume box was sticky. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the cap of the bottle was broken, resulting in spillage, and the bottle was completely empty.

I contacted Arabian Oud’s Head Office, providing detailed photos and explaining the situation. To my disappointment, their response was unhelpful. They refused to assist me and directed me to take the bottle to their Oxford Circus branch in London. When I visited the branch and spoke with a customer service representative and a supervisor, I was once again told to contact Head Office. They even admitted that this issue had occurred with other customers before but said their manager had instructed them that they were not authorized to issue refunds.

As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience and the lack of accountability. After this, I will no longer shop with Arabian Oud.

Over priced, no lasting power, one bottle smelt like petrol and was gone off.

Very disappointed smell disappears after 1 hour expected it to last a lot longer for the price wont be ordering again RIP of

Brought 4 cambodi oud from medina Arabian oud because it was on half price offer all of them don’t last more then a hour,I bought before years back and it used to last all day but with the offer I believe they must of mixed the oud,it’s not pure like before.scamming customers

I purchased two perfumes from Arabian oud at Jubail KSA (Ehsas and Elegant Black) both are very low quality and no long lasting perfume. I really disappointed for that. It was first experience but unfortunately the product was not up to my expectation.

My parcel was never delivered. Almost 3 months ago! Investigation with the delivery company closed at the end of July. Since nothing! Still no news regarding the refund.
Company to avoid! Dishonnest! I will never order anything to them!

Bad experience, I was a good customer, but last time I bought Madawi, the fragrance that I love, and I know it really weel , it was absolutly different, absent, disappeard; I contacted customer service to propose changing, (I've not asked a refund but only a control from their..) , they replied was not possible.
Since I don't find my money under a cabbage, I'll never buy something there. (240£!!)

I used to go to their branch in Westfield shopping centre for their sandalwood oil. They used to claim it was pure and now confirm it's also a blend of synthetics which is not a problem for me as theirs is a really nice blend. Smells amazing, however their new website is terrible really cheap looking like a QVC shopping channel so ugly. I'm not a fan of the in store experience. This is where Penhaligons and Jo molone get this right they put all of their scents in the middle of the table so you can test them all yourself without the pressure. At this store a few a too high on the shelf so you would have to keep asking someone to try a new smell.
Terrible website and dated in store experience. Love a couple of their scents but the last time I visited was 3 years ago.
