The samples I requested arrived very quickly and the quality is good.
A week later I received an email asking if I had received and if I needed any help. I was concerned about the size of sofas as the turn into my hall through front door, is very tight, but was assured the sofa can be made to measure.
I now plan on visiting the showroom in the new year.

Very very happy with our two sofas. Delivered on time and look great Chris was amazing. He goes the extra mile to please his customers.

Ordered fabric samples, they arrived promptly.
Really didn’t like that they then tried to ring me *and* messaged me (via text) to follow up. Felt pushy and intrusive.
If I want to order, I’ll get in touch myself. Don’t appreciate companies calling or texting at all.

From the moment we met Chris and visited his showroom we knew that the bespoke sofa we wanted for our snug was doable, this was after visiting all the large sofa companies who couldn’t tick all our boxes.

I was a bit apprehensive when I started chatting to Chris about what I would like in my sofa… it all seemed a little too good to be true. The communication was exceptional and within an hour of contact I had my design drawn out. Amy was quick to send out fabric samples and when I couldn’t decide sent more next day. I was still nervous having not actually seen a product but trusted the reviews and I honestly am so glad I did. Chris and Amy are so easy to talk to you and I really did have a few wobbles as have never experienced customer service so good (still thought to good to be true) however every question answered every concern met with a solution. I’m now sat one the warmest, cosiest sofa that fits beautifully in my room. It’s everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much. I will be recommending you to everyone and most definitely coming back for more!

Chris and Amy provided an excellent service helping me to come to the right decision on size and colour on my dream sofa.

Although not eveything went quite to plan they ensured that they resolved all issues in a professional & efficient manner. Their customer service really does stand out especially as a small business.

Having been looking for a sofa for many months I chanced upon Arabella Designs advert on Facebook. It was a "Eureka" moment as at last a company that was UK based with the exact design of sofa i had in my minds eye. The choice of quality bespoke size and luxurious materials did not disappoint. After requesting several samples which arrived quickly I decided on the large cloud sofa in Vintage blue . Chris the Director of the company kept In contact via email answering my queries at all times . Both late in the evening and the early mornings including the weekend. Incredible service. I am now excitedly waiting for delivery of my chosen sofa to be delivered at some point in the next 8 weeks . I shall update once delivered. UPDATE .
I have received my sofa, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery chap which was quickly remedied by emailing chris ( the Director) directly.
He resolved the issue immediately. I couldn't be happier with my sofa and the after sales . I whole heartedly reccomend Arabella designs so much so that I shall be a return customer for a sofa bed to match my sofa . The quality is second to none as is the after sales support .

It looks and feels amazing and the customer service was incredible through the entire process from first expressing my interest and ordering my free fabric samples all the way up to it being hand delivered by Chris himself. Amazing service, Amy was just brilliant, talked on the phone for ages and in detail about the sofa we liked, Chris popped over to see us on his way back from London, which was great as we live far away from their workshop and we ideally wanted to see the sofa before ordering. Chris was a dream to deal with, lovely chap, over all I think they are just fantastic, I love supporting independents, they both were just lovely, excited to receive my sofa!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience from beginning to end and an amazing sofa as the outcome!
We have been in communication with Chris about a new sofa for a year now and he has been so kind, patient and helpful with advice all the way through.
His advice has been second to none- the time he has taken to explain and work with us to construct our dream sofa has been excellent.
He has kept us updated with the building process from ordering to delivery (and even came for the delivery to make sure we were happy!). He was able to customize elements of the sofa for us, to enable it to perfectly fit in the space we required.
The quality is superb - the sofa is exactly how I had planned in my mind, the materials used are top quality and you can tell the difference in the build from the normal high street stores- far more superior.
We cannot rate Chris and his team highly enough and will recommend him to everyone. We will definitely be using him for future purchases. Thank you again!

We’ve just bought three custom-made sofas and a footrest with a quartz top, and I honestly can’t rate Chris and his business highly enough – they’re absolutely fantastic.

From the very beginning, nothing was too much trouble. The choice of fabrics was excellent, and Chris made the whole process simple and stress-free. It was reassuring to see examples of his sofas in the workshop, but in truth, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again without even needing to sit on them first – the quality speaks for itself.

Delivery was seamless, communication was spot on throughout, and the end result has far exceeded our expectations. It’s been such a pleasure supporting a local family business rather than a big high-street chain – the quality, the ability to customise, and the level of service are all on another level.
