This week I was supposed to get another .20 BTC but it did not happen. They are transferring me to another account manager named Robert Thomas and his assistant, Jack Miller, called and said he would contact within the hour. No call. They want me to come up with 20% of what is owed from the margin call because of Andrew Neuman's terrible trading practices. I have been dealing with Jackson Valmont and she is now passing me off to the new account manager because she works with Andrew Neuman. I don't expect any further withdrawals but will give things until Monday to post another review. If no further funds arrive all bets are off. For now, my advice would be to send NO money to Aquilabit until they prove to me that they are prepared to allow clients to withdraw funds as they please. Don't be swayed by promises of any kind.

For 3 months I've been honest, polite & respectful. My account manager quit & aquilabit didn't, notify me or even feel the need to reach out to me as a client & tell me. Poor service & customer support. I am a human being. I took, initiative & asked who my new account manager is. Andrew Newman. Andrew Newman, never replies to my phone calls & has no concern or value for me as a respectable, aquilabit client. There is 24 hours in a day it takes 10 seconds to call. I've been treated very poorly & unfairly. When I've returned with a response, of love & high respect for Aquilabit. During this unprecedented time your clients deserve a timely, professional, respectable & transparent response & feel valued as a client & a human being. It should not take me 3 weeks to speak with someone who can activate my withdrawl & take the time to respond to my concern in a professional & respectful manner.

Support or Finance never respond to my emails. Request never answered.

Just a poor trading experience & poor experience as a human being on this earth.

I have been trading with Aquilabit since early March with just starting off with a 250 USD deposit and then a 5000 USD deposit. I managed to grow my account to a full bitcoin and I got a large withdraw that I can now see has deposited in my account. Im not going to lie I was worried after reading some of the reviews but everything went through fine!!

I have since my last review received 0.20 BTC. I was wrong, it looks like they will send money and that this was most likely an actual security issue that is not Aquilabit’s fault. They seem to be working hard to make all their clients withdrawals happen in unfortunate circumstances. My apologies for an ignorant review.

I have been working with Andrew Neuman at Aquilabit for over two months now and am very satisfied with the results. I started with a small $250 account and increased my investment about every two weeks based on the results. I have made two withdrawals of $2000 and later $16000 from profits earned and received the $16000 within 30 hours of putting into request. For me they have chosen the positions taken and though not all gave paid off most have to make me a very nice profit. Very happy.

UPDATE 13JAN21:

CAUTION:
When dealing with Mr.Neuman, be sure to use "STOP LOSS" feature because he will not.

ADVISE:
Only use your money and NEVER accept any BONUSES, PRIMES, BROKERS GUARANTEE or ANY added money that they may offer for these once accepted will limit your ability to manage your account and withdraw if needed.

I have been with this broker for over 2 months and have had one of the best experiences of all brokers I have tried in the past years. The email responses are very quick and responsive, deposits, withdrawals easy. The website is easy to navigate. The Senior Account Manager Mr. Andrew Neuman is very responsive, knowledgeable, and very client-oriented.
