Overall the experience was very good, price is reasonable, product doesn’t have too much variety but the ones available looks very nice. The shipping was reasonably fast. My daughter is very happy with the product. Thanks aquagoggles. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Shipment delays/ Phantom company
My shipment was supposed to arrive in 7 days, it’s already 14 days and counting; I have not received my order. The worst part is that there is no phone number to speak with a HUMAN contact. Forget at this AI nonsense. I hate this process

Our phone number is right on our homepage, scroll to the bottom and it's there along with our physical and email addresses.
From early December, US Customs basically stopped clearing any packages. We were not notified of this, so had no way of letting our customers know. The good news is that they are now being cleared and on their way.

Love these can’t wait to try them out. Got both strap colors. They feel like they fit well and won’t let water in. Love that they come with multiple nose pieces so they will fit anyone.
