Best customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. They’re incredibly helpful, genuinely knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is sorted quickly and properly. Since switching ownership to LKQ, you can really feel the passion in the way they work - the team seems energised, motivated, and truly committed to delivering the best experience.
Returned a part for refund. No refund actioned so I chased and was told to wait 10 days. After 11 days chased again and eventually got a reply saying it would be "referred to customer service" to look in to. 5 days later no refund, no emails or calls to update me so today I will instigate a Chargeback with visa to see if I can get my money back that way.
